There was a flash of light, and the train bridge was gone. That should stem the flow of enemy soldiers. "Get on evacuations, now!" Almost immediately Canterlot Guardsmen were guiding the citizens to the underground tunnels to escape to the safe house. Soir began walking to the walls, both hearing and seeing cannon fire. The forcefield Shining Armor was projected would hold off the dragons for a bit, so the foot soldiers had to be dealt with. Soir looked at the massive waves of troops scaling the steep hill leading to Canterlot. "Step it up! We need to stop them before the forcefield breaks!" Soir yelled, before uses his magic to create an illusion between the Nightmare forces, causing them to attack each other. "That should last a while. Roll in some more cannons, we'll need them."
"MAGE STOP!" Azure tackled down Mage before he could finish off the dragon and her voice was filled with urgency "DONT DO THAT YOU DONT KNOW WHAT THAT'S GONNA DO TO YOU!NOW STOP IT!DONT LET YOUR ANGER CONTROL YOU!" The whites of her eyes flashed green again as she stared down Mage "dont.do that again."
"My pet, control fellows or else." Silent said threatingly and the dragon he rode on nodded with fear, then it commanded it's kind to destroy the forcefield and then the castle.
Azure looked up and she started shooting Magic lasers at the dragons but then she noticed the fear in the dragon that silent was riding then she started aiming for silent "you're not getting away with this."
Whatever Azure did, it seemed to work. Mage came to. It was like he was unconscious or something. He looked at what was in front of him, and, took a few steps back. "Did I do that? No way... I... I... didn't mean to. I just... wanted to protect my home..." remarked Mage as his eyes began to water. He shook the tears off however. He noticed the same dragon that Azure did. However, he had used up more magic then he probably should have during his "rage fit." "No you don't!!!!!!!!!!" shouted Mage He then ran towards the castle as fast as his hooves would take him. He wouldn't stop. He was going to protect the castle, even if that meant he would be the only one to do so. Even if that cost him his life...
"what am i going to do?dark magic is too destructive and i hardly know any other attack spells aside from a simple laser...unless...".Azure started concentrating her magic and the color of her horn went from a light blue to a shining gold and then she almost started crying as a golden force field wrapped around canterlot and shining armors force field as well...she made a stronger and more permanent force field but she knew she wouldnt hold on to it for long since it took so much magic just casting the spell. "MAGE!I NEED YOU!"
Mage came to a skidding stop and pretty much backpedaled. He turned around and ran back towards Azure. "What do you want me to do?!" asked and shouted Mage. All he could do was hope that Azure could hear him.
Soir looked at the dragon Silent was riding. "Your greed knows no bounds, does it?" Rage boiled up inside of Soir, and his magic power inclined at a terrifying rate. "First you take the Element of Loyalty from us. Then Cloudsdale. Even Luna fell victim to your marauding ways. And now you want Canterlot? I won't allow it." The sky turned black, and the entire moon was visible. "I promised Luna I'd never use this spell. But, I suppose it doesn't matter now." The moon turned a majestic purple. "Forbidden Lunar Magic: 1000 Piercing Arrows." A beacon of light burst down onto Soir, sapping his magic energy, causing immense pain. He collapsed, drastically weakened. He looked towards the sky. Purple streams of light were raining down on the attacking dragons. Many of them had their wings pierced by the light, and some were even killed. However, Silent's Dragon seemed to be a lot more agile, and was avoiding all of them. He looked in terror. He just wasted every last bit of his magic, to no avail.
"Mage!i need you to tell soir to send me all of the most expert unicorns here.i cant hold on to this shield spell by myself!" she was looking pale and her eyes were feeling heavy
"How silly." Silent simply said as he commanded his dragon which he dubbed 'Archdemon' to fly closer to Soir if possiable and he yelled "I also killed the Element of Kindness and made her my undead slave....I just needed to add that!" he smirked as he closed his eyes and recited "Merai, usai melok." and then a gigantic portal appeared in Canterlots market district and the three-headed dog; Cerberus came out looking a bit more bloodthirty and demonic then before.
"Okay... but... where exactly is he?!" shouted and asked Mage. Mage felt a tremor afterwards. (( <<< Just supposed to be Cerberus appearing in the above post)) "HURRY!! I don't know what that was, but, it can't be anything good!!" warned Mage
"i cant leave!i need to keep anything else getting past this shield but just get any unicorns down here NOW!"
Mage said nothing more. He turned around again and once again began heading towards the castle. He didn't know if that's where this "Soir" pony was, but, it was the best place to start looking. As he ran, he tried to do his best to avoid as many dragon attacks as he could and maintain his current speed. This was easier said than done of course, but, for now at least, he was trying to get to the castle as quickly as he could.
Silent watched in joy as he saw Cerberus rampage in the city, throwing debris in the air and heading to the castle. "This battle is going well." said to himself as he smirked.
;Ahhhh Ahhh' My head the Pegasus pony got out of bed. Something is wrong here. Rainbow Dash oh I have to get over there!!! HotShot grabbed his bag containing different items and took to the sky in search for the danger. With his black hair flowing in the wind he needed to recollect what he saw in his vision.
(You didn't even sign up. Also, your OC's relationship with Rainbow might be a problem with Morphin.) Soir was leaning against the wall of the castle gates, barely managing to stand. He saw Mage, and noticed he was a unicorn. "Hey! You're that one from the train station earlier." He signaled for him to come over.
Mage approached as he was asked to. "Are you Soir? If so, Azure told me to tell you to send all of the expert unicorns to her. She's struggling to hold a shield spell. Also, I can try to heal you, but, I don't know how much magic I have left..." offered Mage Another tremor occurred ((Cerberus)) which interrupted Mage. Afterward, he continued speaking. "Plus, I don't know how we should handle whatever is making those tremors" stated Mage.
"I am." Soir sighed. "My pain is not physical. Those purple beams of light were my spell. It drained my magic pretty bad." Soir looked to the sky, seeing the dragons pound the forcefield. "Holding the force field is a lost cause. We need to destroy all our problems in one swoop. I have plan, but I can't execute it without enough magic power. Tell Azure to get over here.
