    I always love reading and analyzing data. Twilight Sparkle was the same, if she did not choose the path of heroine.
    So I graduated high school and sent my resume to private military company "Equinesis".
    They accepted it.
    Now I can analyze interesting data and have payment for it. I love working with my colleagues. They are kinda grumpy, but have friendly soul and wide-open mind.

    Depends on company. Some companies have bad reputation, and ponies just are not into their business. Especially if future boss is gryphon or minotaur.
    So, ponies are afraid of sending resume to these companies' PR-managers.
    But if company did make great advertisement campaigns before and don't have unclear reputation, it's more popular for ponies.
    Also PR-manager have to say if there are only-one-race collective or not.
    After that, needed skills. More complicated ones costs more bits, obviously. Also depends on worker's will. Hiring is kind of hard-to-do stuff.
    P.S. Sorry for no indefinite and definite articles. I just can't dive in - don't have it in my native language.

    Um... Well, if it was proposal for date, I may agree =)
    If not, hm... If you want to hire pony for secretary'n'boss snuggle roleplay, it's not very expensive - 'bout 200 bits per month (4 days per week).
    Or, if you just want a pony-secretary to snuggle, you'd better not hirin', but romancin' =)
    Diplomacy. Everypony is a lock who has a key. And when unlocked, it's a question of plan what to do next.
    In dangerous situations I use my stapler. It can staple not only a paper, he-he-he.
