In fact, we'd like to see a unicorn, an earthpony and a pegasus as our worker. But we can deal with Diamond Dog, zebra, gryphon, even with a changeling and a dragon.
    We also look on employee's reputation as citizen - if it's unclear or filthy, we refuse the resume.
