    This is untrue. In any group of nonidentical people, creatures, or objects, there will always be one that is superior to the others.
    However, the definition of superiority varies between observers, so it is unlikely that there will ever be universal consensus as to which pony is the best.

    This is a logical argument.
    However, the caption merely states that Rainbow Dash is best pony. It does not expressly state that the humanoid pictured is Rainbow Dash.

    This is a reasonable assumption, but it does not take into account that we cannot see the lower half of the person pictured.
    She could just as easily be a centaur, mermaid, or lamia.
