Going by fanon personalities- Loyalty - Bon Bon - Puts up with Lyra, no matter what. Laughter - Lyra - She's the reason the 'irrational exuberance' tag exists on Derpibooru. Generosity - Octavia - She gave Vinyl half a sandwich. That's pretty damn generous. Kindness - Derpy - aka Equestria's Best Mother Honesty - Doctor Whooves - He's an Earth Pony, which means he can't be Magic. Magic - Vinyl Scratch - She has a horn, so magic. Honestly, I didn't really think this through before I started typing.
True but regardless Lightning Dust did not show Loyalty in her one and only episode appearance at all and Spitfire's loyalty is questionable at best.

loyalty - Derpy Hooves. I think of her as super hard working and persistent. No matter how often she messes up she will keep on trying to deliver your mail or be there when needed, be it supporting a racing team or 'fixing' town hall. If she puts a letter in the wrong mailbox and notices she'll reach in to fix it, even if she knows she got stuck the last few times. Who is more loyal than a mailpony "Neither snow, nor rain, nor heat, nor gloom of night, stays these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds." ;p honesty - Maud Pie: who is blunter and more brutally honest, in all occasions no matter what, than Maud Pie. She is also very true to herself. laughter - I can't think of anything except for reformed discord.... that's a bit unsatisfactory the use here though.. kindness - Cheerily: to quote herself "I had decided to become a teacher, and the flowers symbolized my hope that I could help my future students bloom if I nurture them with knowledge. The smiles represented the cheer I hope to bring to my little ponies while they were learning." Also she has to put up with a LOT of things from those kids and still be friendly and nice about it. If being kind to young ponies wasn't meaningful to her she couldn't do it. generosity - Zacora: she is willing to let Apple Bloom use her potion ingredients whenever needed, always offers advice, and gives Aloe and Lotus recipes and herbs for their bath house even after they were prejudice against her. magic - Minuette: her trading card practically admitted that she is a dentist who uses time travel magic to help with her profession "Minuette is always on schedule thanks to her magic, and ponies say she's good enough to lord over time itself! Either way, her magic gives her plenty of spare time for her bright, shining smile to be seen all across Equestria. Her action packed life has included making friends in Canterlot and Ponyville, helping all three teams during Winter Wrap Up, and even serving as one of Princess Cadance's bridesmaids! This is one pony you can't just brush aside." If you didn't notice during the song, it is true that she was helping on all teams at once during winter wrap up. We've seen Twilight use time magic once, but it seems like it is rarely used by anypony. To be able to specialize so greatly in a rare branch of magic because it's helpful to your job shows a great dedication to the study of magic and it's advancement. (Also some people jokingly claim that she is the tardis given she is blue and has the same cutie mark as Doctor Hooves, but I don't know how I feel about that. )
I support Mane 7 with Sunset Shimmer I saw a picture a long time ago who said that in Twilight's cutie mark has 7 stars instead of 6 after her princess nominee. So I think one day she will get a 7th Elemental pony, maybe a unicorn because now Rarity is the only one
