Draven tried, with all of his strength, to push himself off the ground. Try as he might, he couldn't even do that.
"Come on rookie, that's the most basic of form!" Spitfire yelled, putting a hoof on his chin and yanking it up, "NOW PUSH!" Sunset nodded and jumped off his lap, walking into the kitchen and magically getting him a glass of water. Again, trying to emulate the nature of the mane six she'd seen while in Canterlot High. Rainbow nodded, "You are free to acknowledge my brilliance."
"ONE!" She announced, then she looked at him, "You have no strength at all! This is what happens with you slackers: you get so used to typing and writing you don't develop any core strength! You can stop at three!" She got in his face, "Look at me when I'm talking to you!"
She flopped him over, "Now it's time for your sit ups! Let's go, let's go! We should be done already!" She walked over to her uniform, found her histle, then flew it in his ear, loudly.
When he was done with those, she sighed, "This isn't going to do us much good." She walked over and found a set of weights, "Thirty reps, each side! GO!" She blew the whistle, sitting down.
Spitfire blinked and she flew him to the bed nad laid him down, then went back to her workout routine.
Rainbow smirked, "Why not?" She asked, smiling wide. Spitfire sat down, "I shoudlnt' have pushed you that hard."
"I understand why you did it," he told her as he sat down beside her. "I need the exercise, I really do. But I suggest we take it slow. That way, my body can handle it."
