"Alright... time to make you proud..." (Time-skip) After a month of training with Spitfire, Draven's physique, while far from body-builder material, was still rather well-defined now, thanks to Spitfire.
"Thirty situps, on the double! GO!" She blew the whistle harder. Rainbow smirked, "Wish Vinyl were here." She rocked her head to the wubs.
"Now the pulls ups, come on, you got this!" She blew the whistle hard and pointed to the pull up bar they'd dug out of his basement.
She smirked and put a hoof on his abs, "Good, they're finally forming in. Now we're talking." She smirked, "Now, let's get to work!"
"Firstly, we're going to make you strong. Secondly, I'll teach you a secret: if you do these exercises every day, then you can eat junk food again." She wninked.
Sunset soon came back into the room with a glass of water, levitating it with her magic on the nearby table. "Thanks Sunset" Oliver cheerfully said before he gave her time to sit down. "Do you want to tell me about yourself? I suppose it would sound rude if I didn't..."
She blinked a little, "Well... I'm...I'm a student at Canterlot High, I'm in pony form so I can partake in the program... I was Princess Celestia's student and... well I... did some things I'm not proud of." Suddenly his laptop buzzed. The message came up: "Didn't expect a pony? Want the Human form? Click here."
"Want the human form..." Oliver read the words from the computer as he turned to face Sunset. "The program said that you could be in your human form if you found it to be more conferrable, although I'd like you in whatever form you are. Do you want to be a human or pony?"
"No, I wouldn't think that yo ucould. I haven't tried yet." She sighed. Sunset blinked, "It's whatever you want, again, i'm your adopte. If you want to, then we can." Spitfire smirked hard.
(Time-skip) For the next two months, Draven pushed himself to the limit and back constantly, in an effort to become stronger.
Oliver thought to himself for a moment, but not before looking at Sunset again. "I understand that your my adopte, but I don't want to force you to be something you don't like or be uncomfortable with. What do you think? Do you want to be a human?"
Sunset shrugged, "I don't mind either way... I am more comfortable in my human form though." She blushed. ((Human=Equestria girls form)) Spitfire now had him perefectly fit. She smiled widely, smirking widely.
