Grav took out his Pokedex and scanned Magmortar. 'MAGMORTAR, LEVEL 62. MOVES: FIRE BLAST, FOCUS BLAST, LAVA PLUME, HYPER BEAM. ABILITY: FLAME BODY.' The Pokedex said with it's robotic voice. "Uh, Skorupi come back!" Gravity yelled. Gravity ran towards the back of the room an released the captive clerks. "Thank you for saving me! Here, take this Pokemon. You can't find it in this region." The clerk said. Grav received, Bagon! Grav then rand down the stairs and out of the office building and hid in the Pokemon Center.
"huh...i didn't take you to a pokemon center last battle did I? well... guess i better make up for it.Use Giga Drain!" Shaymins flower started to glow as it sucked a huge portion of Kyot's health. "SUPER EFFECTIVE!"
Cordelia was on her way to the Phoenix Platform. It wasn't very smart of her, but she was taking a shortcut through a dark alley. She was approached by some ruffians. "Hey there toots. What's a pretty lady like yourself walking through this rough part of town? That doesn't matter. Just hand over... say, 500,000 PokeDollars and we'll be golden. Otherwise... We might have some problems." He said, with a grin. "Not a chance." Said Cordelia, with a cold disposition. "You asked for it." The thug sent out a Toxicroak. "Go, Regice." Cordelia casually tossed the Dusk Ball containing Regice. The ice golem looked at it's foe. "Use Poison Jab!" The Toxicroak lunged at Regice with incredible speed. "Lock-on, then Zap Cannon." Regice targeted Toxicroak, and right as Toxicroak was about to hit Regice, a massive burst of electricity erupted between Regice's arms, hitting it's target point blank, defeating it. The thug returned his Pokemon, and ran away. Cordelia scoffed and continued en route to the Platform, returning Regice.
(Warning. Kinda long, since it has a full battle in it.) Rickel arrived on the second floor, finding a group of grunts surrounding a group of people. "Poochey, cacnea! Let's help those people out!" He sent out cacnea. The grunts went down quickly, until one was left standing. "You're the kid that took my stolen cacnea." The thug smirked. "No problem. I have real pokemon now!" Ace Grunt Norton wants to battle. The grunt sent out a blitzle and a porygon. "Cacnea use toxic on the blitzle, Poochey, Thunder Fang porygon!" Porygon was paralyzed, blitzle was badly poisoned. Critical hit on porygon. "Shock wave and psybeam on the cacnea! It's weak!" Porygon was paralyzed and couldn't move. "Needle Arm and Bite on porygon!" Porygon fainted. "No. NO NO NO! Blitzle, Flame Charge on cacnea!" Cacnea dropped to the red. "This is over, jerk! Admit defeat, and let these people go." The grunt just looked at his almost beaten blitzle. "Fine. Cacnea, Needle Arm, Poochey, Bite." Poochey evolved into Mightyena! The grunt ran away, silently, and the people all stood up and thanked Rickel, explaining that the leader had gone up to the third floor. Rickel thanked them and rushed to the stairs going up with Poochey following.
Grav healed up his Pokemon and headed back for Route 2 to finish off the other youngsters. After a few battles, Grav headed for Gravity City. As Grav entered Gravity City, a man caught his attention. "Do you see that brown building with a strange symbol on it?" the man said. "Um, yes." Grav said. "That's a Pokemon Gym! If you challenge the Gym leader in there, you can get a badge! There are six gyms in this region, if you get all of their badges, you can enter the Indigo Plateau tournament and become the champion!" "Pokemon champion?! That sounds awesome!" Gravity said.
Meanwhile, in a shady facility based under a bar on the rough part of town, some figures wearing Team RB uniforms were looking through many screens. "Sir, the hijacked camera feed just picked up a trainer with the Legendary Pokemon Regice! We dug through the IPF's database and the trainer is Cordelia Avidi, an extremely adept trainer who has won several tournaments at the Platform and has even challenged the Hoenn League!" Yelled the grunt. "Excellent." Replied one of the admins. He sent a quick message to Hanson. "Boss, we found another Legendary." Cordelia arrived at the Phoenix Platform, and watched the screens for some of the events going on. Then, she saw the perfect opportunity. There was a tournament with an open spot in it. And her idol, Wallace was participating. She fangirled just a bit at the thought of battling him, and her excitement left her head, and she squeed a little. She signed up in an instant, and looked at the time she had to arrive at the stage. "3:40. I have 20 minutes then."
"Keep standing there Kyoto," He was waiting for a more, 'major' attack, if she did not proceed with it, then he would proceed.
Rickel beat the few remaining grunts on the third floor. "Where is your leader?" "He left not to long ago! I don't know where he went, but he left! Please! Don't hurt me, I don't have anymore pokemon!" Poochey growled behind Rickel, and Rickel realized he was acting poorly. He let the man go, and pet Poochey as the man ran out of the building. "I guess that's it then. We move on from here." He left the building and healed at the pokemon center before taking off through route 2 towards Gravity City.
Cordelia stepped on stage. The lights were blinding, and the cheering was even more impressive. Her opponent was Volkner, the final Leader of the Sinnoh League. He sent out Raichu. "I wish you luck. I've seen the footage of your battles, and you are a formidable opponent." Cordelia sent out her Gallade. "I wish you luck as well." The announcer's voice resonated throughout the arena. "It's Cordelia vs. Volkner! Cordelia is a young Ace, but despite her appearance, she is a veteran of both the Hoenn League and the Platform! But will the Volkner's fierce storms clip her wings? We'll just have to find out!" "Gallade, use Swords Dance!" "Gall!" The green Pokemon went into a fervor, increasing it's attack. Cordelia then clasped her Mega Pendant. A rainbow glow came from the stone, and it transferred to Gallade, drastically changing it's appearance and power. "So this is Mega Evolution, eh? Raichu, use Thunder!" "Rai Rai!" A thunderbolt crashed down on Gallade's location, but with immense speed, it side stepped out of the way. "Psycho Cut!" Gallade's arms glowed purple, and slashed at the air, sending pink projectiles at Raichu, hitting it for massive damage. The rodent was struggling to stand. "This isn't good." Thought Volkner. "Use Volt Tackle!" Raichu was cloaked in a radiant electric aura and dashed at Gallade. "Ice Punch." Gallade's left fist gained a chilly air to it, and it thrust the fist forward, knocking back Raichu as it was about to hit, fainting it."
Gravity headed inside the gym. He saw a massive board walk with some swimmers and tubers on it waiting for someone to battle. Grav walked in front of the first swimmer. "Gym leader challenge, Darren? Ho Ho Ho!" The swimmer said as he challenged Grav to a battle. You are challenged by swimmer Gotthilf! Swimmer Gotthilf sent out, Magikarp. Go Bagon! "Bagon, Dragon Breath!" Bagon blew purple mist at Magikarp, taking down three quarters of it's HP. "Magikarp, Splash use!" Magikarp flopped vigorously on the boardwalk. "One more Dragon Breath, Bagon!" Bagon blew on more Dragon Breath at Magikarp making it faint. "You is good at battle Pokemon!" the swimmer said.
"use solar beam!" Gracidea then did exactly what he said and shot the beam directly at Blastoise and made sure it got in one of the small holes of his shell and luckily Gracidea had almost perfect accuracy and speed so the solar beam got into the shell and then Kyoto slowly stopped spinning and then fainted due to its super effectiveness... "guess all that training paid off..."
