"Why did you spare me anyway? If you're "old self" is really gone for good?" asked Mage ((I'm just going to go with "stalling" at this point.))
Darky saw how the two of them were talking, but he didn't let his guard down, waiting for Twilight and Circuit finish the spell so Luna could come back to life.
"Hey," BladeRunner said to Darky, he still had his guard up, but he couldn't help it, "You alright man?"
Soir felt a shift in the magic of Equestria. As if a dark blanket of evil had just been lifted from the land. He knew. Luna was back. He dropped the nightmare crystal on the ground, and shattered it under his hoof, returning him to his former self. He tracked down Luna, and her magic led him right to her. It wasn't like him to cry, but a small amount of tears rolled down his cheek, as he kneeled before the Princess of the Night. His voice quivered as he spoke, "I'm sorry your Highness. I couldn't protect you."
"i can still be an insane murderer and still have a heart...but i have a job to do." she lifted up the spear and prepared to attack.
"I'm alright." he replied calmly "Thank you." He turned and saw that Luna finally was back, he just couldn't help it and run to her, hugged her and started crying. "L-Luna... y-you are alive...!" tears of joy where coming from his eyes. "I- I promise... I'll never leave your side again. Never!"
BladeRunner was relived, "About damn time, now then, lets get this war done and over with." He said persistently, although he didn't mean to be so, he could;t help it, he was getting tired of it all.
(what about Azure?could someone like purify her? a simple pony who's skilled in swords isn't really gonna help.)
(she took it...like a boss) when she got hit she practically flew into Spectra, knocking her over. then she quickly got up and trotted to everyone. "what happened?" she looked at Nightmare Spectra. "i'm guessing i shouldn't ask..."
Before Mage could even get ready for a fight that would probably end his life, an unknown nearby unicorn shot some kind of magic beam at Azure. At first, Mage was worried she was dead, however, when she woke up and seemed to be back to her normal self... well... Mage just couldn't help it. He trotted towards Azure as fast as he could and hugged her. "Thanks goodness!! You're back to normal!!" cheered Mage as a few tears rolled down his eyes, some of them probably landing on Azure ((You did it to me previously... so... yeah... :derpe)
Mage quickly let go. Slightly embarrassed at his actions. "Er... sorry... it's just... well... nevermind. Forget it. It's not important" responded Mage, he seemed to think it would be better if Azure didn't know what happened while she was "gone."
