Skilled with close-range weapons Bio: Used to be an ODST and after many battles he was promoted and given the offer to become part of the Spartan. His armor was created specifically to move around the battlefield quickly, although sacrificing some defensive capabilities, yet he compensate it with his fast movement. Hope it is ok
I hope this will be like Red Vs. Blue, I LOVE that show so much! ^_^ Name: Isaac Appearance: Codename/IFF tag: 0Z97 (A special tactics number, pretty much Black Ops.) Rank: General, Rank 4 Skills: 1. Strength: Unlike other Spartans, 0Z97 was given a 'special' injection that made him stronger than the rest. Thanks to his strength in legs, torso, abs, arms, etc. he can execute unimaginable techniques with this strength. As one of the Special Ops (Or Black Ops) he needed to be given that one in particular injection for him to match the other abilities of his comrades. 2. Discipline: As much as he would want to strike an officer for disgracing him, 0Z97 has the discipline of a rouge dog, one second he will be loyal, but when alone with someone that spits on him or tries to pick on fights, he can't help but put them in their place, even when they are a higher rank. He is loyal for the most part to most higher ranked officers, but if there is a mission to be completed, he stops at nothing until its done. 3. Pain Absorbent: pain is in the mind they say, but not to this unstable Spartan. 0Z97 has the pain capacity of a tank, taking in more pain and giving it back ten fold, it just enrages him. As he fights on, the more pain he takes in, the more unstable he becomes and is not aware of who is around. 4. Melee and Hand to Hand Combat (A personal favorite of mine!): From the simple coffee glass and thimble to the energy sword and gravity hammer, 0Z97 can handle any situation without a gun. During his Spartan training, he was trained by some of the highest officials from Kung Fu, Ninjutsu, to Military hand combat, these men taught him to be relentless towards any form of enemy, even when they are down. Most times he uses a Sniper Rifle or a Handgun, but he loves to use the swords, knives, and anything else like that he could get his hands on. Backstory: Taken from his family and fighting back, Isaac was put into a special operations Spartan Program known as Project Zeta. He was trained under the highest of military and world ranks, from Taijutsu, to Ninjutsu, to Military Hand to Hand, and to Kung Fu, Isaac may have became one of the most dangerous Spartans alive. When he was injected, something wen wrong during the first trials, causing him to go insane, but, from that insanity came a new sanity, the sanity of war. He loved it, and as much pain he had been inflicted upon he just gave it back tenfold. He became unstable in combat, yet, outside of it, he was calm, relaxed, and laid-back. Upon completing a mission for the first time on his own as an actual Spartan, Isaac had received a special katana that matches the power of the energy sword. He used more and more often along with a 44. Magnum; he belonged to the Zeta Squadron, a Black Ops Spartan team deployed only when needed.

Bio:he was always mistreated due to being a blank flank but he signed up to be a spartan to show ponies that even blank flanks can be the greatest heroes. done...hope it's good.
