Darky shook his head and looked at Tyro. "You are right. I shouldn't have succumbed to what he said." he said apologizing to him.
BladeRunner did not answer, simply, he put the tomahawk in his holster. He understood teamwork, but he cared not for the parasite. "It is for them to decide what they wish to do, Fox," He said, looking in Tyro's direction, "The parasite, had it attacked them I would have done killed it, had it gave them power or anything else I would have killed it. If they become evil, I will have no choice but to do what is necessary. As far as I am conceded, Fox, I am not one who takes action in the lightest situations, as you should already know, I take it in the heavy situations. The parasite, you should have killed in the first place, just a suggestion." BladeRunner finished with a smirk.
(Oops...I saw I ninja'd you a bit there...) "Your all right Darkness." He turns back to Blade. "When we actually know how to destroy whatever has possessed the creature in the corner, we will destroy it. As of now, we have no idea. It's an emotional, intangible thing. It's like trying to hit smoke with a hammer. You would only likely kill the hosts, not the actual threat. Right now, prevention is better than your idea of a cure because what you just said could get you killed here because you lowered the chance of some pony seeing a threat before it happened." He sighs and points to the door with his paw, darkly styfling a growl. Or further lecture. "Move out. Let's get this over with. Remember: keep an eye out."
Jackpot decided to see what was happening elsewhere, her curiosity getting the better of her judgement. She rejoined Tyro and the group a few minutes later, with more bags of stuff for them.
Tyro waves away the bags of stuff as he leads the group down towards a large machine with a strange disk on the front. The machine was a wagon with a collection of strange tubes and bizarre mechanisms. The transistor things Tyro had asked Jackpot for were lined up in a big bank of these things. It was the size of a bison, full of limbs that looked like they would be moving quite quickly when this thing was started, likely resembling the legs of a spider spinning prey into a little web cocoon. The gears exposed to the air and a few slapped on panels to make sure hooves or tails didn't go in the most delicate of areas of the machine were the biggest clue that this thing was built with a great deal of haste. "It's a bit of a weird idea. You might recognise this bit." Tyro picks up a harness that attached to that characteristic disk, clambering inside. He straps it on so that it hung over his body like a scorpion tail. The disk was a deep pan with another in the centre, bottom facing out. "That's probably recognisable to anyone going to a fun fair. The principal of this thing is a cross-breed between a vacuum pump and a Candy Floss machine. Tests seemed positive so...Here's hoping for success over complete annihilation, ay?" Tyro may have been many things, but comforting, especially when he himself was not comfortable with his situation, he was not. The mildly dry wit he was attempting probably didn't gel well with anyone feeling butterflies. "Battle plan is this: your attempting to defend the machine. I'm going to charge in and hoover it up while you ensure that this machine does it's job. It may attempt to use whatever it can't to it's advantage. Suits of armour, bricks, tapestries. Anything. Keep a good eye out." He looks across the team. A nod is given, mainly to himself before he turns and pulls something out from under the wagon and raises into the air. It was a rather battered and old club of some kind. It seemed ornate in origin but wear and tear had rendered it's decoration rather hard to see. For now, it was a lump of metal on a stick with some sort of curved bit coming down from the lump to create a long hoofguard. If you squinted, you could guess it was originally meant to be a fox, judging by the slick look of the 'tail' and the hint of a pair of eyes in the blunt lump that could be the head. The relic was held at Tyro's side in one paw while he looks over the others. "Weapons drawn, guys. Be ready on my mark."
"wait... do you have a halberd could use?" (if you don't know what a halberd is, look it up.it's pretty simple.)
Darky drew his sword and shield, getting ready for anything. "I'm ready." he said to him as he looked around to see the place.
((So much for beaming that laser... )) Nova was completely caught off-guard by this. So off guard... he began to take his hoof off his weapons. Could it really change? Could it? Nova was beginning to struggle with what he should do... ((Bye Nova... go ahead Tyro... )) ((*goes to listen to Laser Beam anyway* :derpe)
BladeRunner drew his Carnage Blade, the blade itself was completely red while the hilt was white encrusted with three gems. He was taking cautious steps, careful not to tread upon anything.
(Thank you, Nova. I will try and make this as awesome as I can.) As Nova was slowly engulfed in the dark smoke, it continued to reassure him. It continued to fill his head with all the thoughts of a world where Bat Ponies were no longer looked down on or feared. Where they would be considered majestic and incredible creatures that took care of the night while the ponies roamed the day, sharing the world in so many new ways. So many, many new ways. The new form was curled inside dark wings. They stood out of the cascading dark around him, pointed and powerful looking. They seemed to shimmer like leather, a low titter rumbling in this Nova's new throat. (It's OK, because Nova's still...somewhere.) Nova's next sensations were likely connected with appearing upon a brilliant white plane. As far as he could see, this was a barren place. Only potholes and craters that peppered the landscape. Looking up showed nothing but an inky black that would turn a watery mix of that and a deep purple that seemed only to make anypony looking queasy. The best guess would be that he was on the Moon. But that would be completely silly. Right? Although, where was the light coming from exactly? Tyro nods and flicks on the machine. Just as predicted, it looked even more thrown together while moving. It would even rock the wagon a little as it continued to operate. Tyro moves forwards for the hall where Luna's Nightmare Entity was likely to be, ushering the others to follow. The Candy Floss/Cotton Candy dish attached to him fed a long tube which connected dish to machine. Tyro suspected the noise might alert the Entity to their presence. He was hoping it would try and defend itself rather than run, however. He was correct, he just didn't know how it would attack back. They approached a cloud of the Entity but a figure was standing in the middle. The leathery wings huddled around it as it's laughter grew louder. And then! The wings opened, the span being huge as the Bat Pony's first obvious feature was that radiant smile. Those jagged teeth were a monstrous addition to the creature already with wide, imposing wings. They gently waft the smoke around the approaching party, the now very tall pony able to cut an intimidating glare down at them. The wingspan now tripled, the height doubled. And, oh those eyes. The serpentine slits of eyes that had something of an other worldly glimmer to them. Like a night sky delicately woven into the iris of this creature. This Nova, standing in a satin black, surveying the group and their contraption with his bright ruby eyes saw them glint as he let's loose a hearty cackle. "Your machine seems more of a danger to yourselves than me. Give it up...I have room for more subjects." Nightmare Nova said. He gnashes his teeth at them, the long and flowing mane retained some shape and colour of it's former self, except now with glittering stars spread through it's shining surface. It stood in an ever present fog of some that was slowly getting thicker as Nightmare Nova slowly trots to the left flank of the group. He seemed to be looking for a chance to attack, mainly in order to toy with those that sought to put an end to his fun so early. "Oh no..." Tyro said, his jaw hitting the floor in horror. "The Bat Pony. It got him first..." (When I can, I'm drawing Nightmare Nova.)
Darky saw Nightamre Nova. Wait... that was the bat pony, that was with them? He actually forgoten about him. He looked at him, astonished of hw he looked. "No... it can't be..." he said to himself as he saw him, getting into a defensive stance, ready for anything.
Jackpot was immediately taken back with what she seen, this was defiantly unexpected. This pony was threatening them. Threatening her! She wasn't exactly much of a fighter, she was more of a scout with those finely tuned eyes of hers. But she was prepared to help defend Tyro and the rest of the group, suddenly having her magic at the ready. She didn't know what she can do to this thing, even if she could hurt it. She just hoped for the best and waited for blind luck to get a good shot. "I wasn't expecting this..." Jackpot said to herself, taking a step back to compose herself at the awful sight she seen before her before allowing nerves to take control.
"is that...Nova?" she was slightly intimidated by him solely by his appearance but she showed no signs of weakness and got her dark magic at the ready.and if it didn't work...she would have to resort to...violent...measures...extremely violent measures...
BladeRunner stopped dead in his tracks, he was an easy target for anything due to his size. He pulled out his Carnage Blade, from which surprisingly the entire blade alone was a pure red. He looked to the bat pony, then he got in a defensive stance. Granted his cloth was still on around his eyes, he could still hear, feel, and smell.
((*Insert Persona 3 or Persona 4 Game Over screen here* Maybe not though? It looks like I can still do something at least? Well... I'll post anyway just in case I guess...)) Wherever the bat pony was, he couldn't hold it in. He began to cry. "I was such a fool. I fell for it. Hook... line... and sucker..." thought Nova. Eventually though... Nova's tears dried. It changed to him gritting his teeth together. He wasn't sure where he was at, or even if he was trapped in his own body or something, but, he had to do something. He didn't want to hurt the others. He didn't want to make the bat pony name any worse than what it already was. Which pretty much meant he only had one choice... He made his way towards the strange light, keeping his guard up at all times and trying to avoid the potholes and craters... ((Dungeon time? ))
