Even RD9000 can't answer a math probelm that I revived as my homework like 2 years ago.

And I was the same age as her!

By the most simple way, prove that 0.99999999....=1

 

You can't, they are complete different numbers. You can have an infinite number of decimals, but they never be equal to 1, never.

Let me put this straight......
Let's say.....
A=0.9999....
=>10*A=9.9999....
=>9*A=(10*A)-A=9.9999....-0.9999....
=>9*A=9
=>A=1

But as I said before, A=0.9999....
=>0.9999....=1

You never said 1 = A. Also, you are getting numbers out of nowhere, like substracting an A from only one side of the ecuation. You have to do it on both sides.
