Captain's Log: stardate 2261.37. Starfleet has assigned the Enterprise to a remote outpost near the Neutral Zone. However, we were sent off course during warp thanks to a freak wormhole. What we found on the other side defies all astronomical explanation. There is an M-class planet, around the size of Earth, surrounded by an unidentifed electromagnetic field. Even stranger is that its moon and star orbit the planet in the same plane, on opposite sides of one another. Despite the interference, we examined the planet. It has signs of intelligent life, as evidenced by the architecture, similar to Earth's nineteenth century. But, it would seem that the planet is populated mainly by equine-like creatures. Mr. Spock and I will escort an away team to the surface, and we intend to learn more about this planet, even if it means violating the Prime Directive. A crossover between the J. J. Abrams Star Trek universe and FiM.
Alright becuase the only star Treks i know is the new one, Deep Space Nine, The next generation and like episode 4
Umm, why would Kirk be casually suggesting he will violate the prime directive in his captain's log? Other than that, it might be interesting.

Yeah, but, isn't the Captain's log an official record? It'd be kinda incriminating to go writing stuff like that in it. Anyway, this is slightly off-topic...
