sup, i'm firebreeze. as you can tell, i'm new to the site and i need some help. 1. i'm having problems uploading my cutie mark, and the instructions on how to do so just confuses me 2. profile pic, i want to use my OC, but once again, i'm having problems with that. thanks, firebreeze
Hey firebreeze I'm Yeti #2 you can call me Iron or Fe 26 With that cutie mark you have to use a URL a link to the picture you want to use and with your OC I would recommend using it for your Avatar and with that you just upload it onto there I know im not all that much help but i tried. If you can go into specifics on the problem I may be able to help you.
welp, i tried uploading my cutie mark 3 times at this point, one try with photobucket, then imageshack, then i used the one i had in my album and i just don't know how to set up my avatar

Hi there, firebreeze! To answer your questions, this is how I did it: 1) Upload the picture to Imageshack. 2) Right-click on it and open the image itself into a new tab to make certain you have a link to the image itself. 3) Copy that URL. 4) Go to your profile on Everypony. 5) In the "About Me" tab, click on the pencil next to where it says "Cutie Mark." 6) Paste the URL. 7) Done! 1) Click on "Settings" at the top-right of the screen (It's in-between "My Profile" and "Sign Out"). 2) Click on "Edit Avatar" from the menu on the left under "My Settings." 3) Click on "Use Custom Avatar." 4) Click on "Choose File" where it says "Option 2 - Upload Image From Your Computer." 5) Upload the file from your computer. 6) Done! NOTE: The avatar has size limitations: It says the avatar will not exceed 230 by 230 pixels or 683.6 KB in size. I've always reduced the dimensions of my image to make sure it wasn't bigger than 230 pixels either by width or height, but I'm not sure if that's even necessary. The site may adjust the size automatically. I've noticed it does that for profile pictures. Also, it's not as complicated as it may look. I just made it detailed so you can follow it step-by-step. I figured while I was on I'd explain my OC a bit... Basically modeled after rainbow dashes personality, firebreeze has a natural need for an adrenaline rush every ten Minutes. As a Pegasus, he helps with the weather. When he flys fast, he leaves a trail of fire in his wake. He got his Cutie mark the first time he left his firy trail.
