    It's a show for kids, it's always been a show for kids and it will remain one. And they won't show the bad guy winning because it's a show for kids. Do you understand that?

    You missed my point, they wouldn't show the bad guy winning even if the show was created for the whole family. If Spike hadn't been there than Rainbow Dash or someone else had. So they're perfectly able to write him out.
