Kimitsu tilted her head. Frozens tone made her almost thing he was familiar with that name. "Has my father or sister mentioned Megan? She's quite the adventure almost like Dareing Do, but more of a Lara Croft than Inidana Jones."
"Thank you," Frozen said, "all of you.." Frozen turned to kimitsu, "Her name sounds familiar. Perhaps I have bumped into her on my many travels. I believe I remember meeting a mare by that name in Chineigh. I may recognize her when I see her, though I doubt she'll recognize me in my windigo form."
"I don't think they're the same pony. As far as I know Megan's never been to Chineigh. I know she just spent the last month and an half locked up in a no name town where ponies had there cutie marks removed. Some cult leader named Starlight Glimmer kept her prisoner cause her cutie mark couldn't be removed." While for natives of Equestria received their cutie marks after realizing their innate talents, she and Megatron pre-programmed their cutie marks into their form translators. "Megan's cutie mark is cannon, was that the cutie mark of the pony you're thinking of?"
"Um how long are you going to stay like that Discord? I thought you just took that form to play with my sister." [Discord copied Fluttershy's form right, what about the cutie mark? Is Discord a Mare right now?]
"I thought we were going to town tomorrow, so I was practising my disguise" Discord replied, looking at his hooves in dismay, lamenting their lack of thumbs. "If we're tracking down this 'Baphomet' however, I think I'll revert to my proper form; this one's a bit... limiting." (Yeah, he's copied Fluttershy's form, except his eyes and single fang, so he's a Mare. His Cutie Mark is a jester's hat)
Rosy giggled at Discord's attempts. She tried to maintain a straight face when he looked at her, but it was difficult. She tried to change the topic. "They were stealing cutie marks? Can people do that?" She asked, looking at her own mark. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
"It ia the first time I hear that." Darky said. "It think there is a spell for that, but it it forbidden." Luna said. "I don't know how but sonepony managed to get it." (Idk, but it would obviously be forbidden if Luna and Tia knew about it.)
Frozen put his hooves together and bowed his forehead towards them, to return Discord's attempt at a gesture. It was clear Chineigh had affected the Stallion greatly, and many of its customs and mannerisms he had adopted himself. Frozen scratched his head, "Cannon..sorta.. if that's what you would call it! It looked like no other cannon i have ever seen, that's for certain!"
Discord could sense he was being giggled at, but he didn't really mind; that was kind of his modus operandi. "Well, I believe there might be magic that allows one to reverse a pony's personality or 'corrupt' them. Some brilliant mastermind once used it in some nefarious plot or other, if I recall," he offered, smirking slightly, "So it wouldn't be much of a jump to remove a pony's special talent."
"Wasn't it you who used that first spell and not a pony?" Kimitsu was still stuck on the fact that Frozen might have met Megatron before. Megan was a human name not a pony name, and the cannon comment? A predestined Paradox might be in the works. Poor Megan she hated time travel.
Frozen wondered if the mare she mentioned was truly the mare he met all those years ago. Could she be? If so, how was she still alive? Was she like him?
"Chineigh you said what how long ago was this?" it was best to get as accurate information as she could. It would be bad if she sent Megan to the wrong month. ~~~~ As Megatron soaked in the hot water of the bath she suddenly shivered. "Why do I have such a foreboding feeling?"
"I think it was in April," he said, "very early spring. It was many years ago, could have been hundreds. Time is..difficult for an immortal to keep track of."
"Well, yes," Discord responded to Kimitsu, "I am something of a magical innovator." He turned to Frozen "I find calenders help with that."
Luna and Darky were lookaing at them as they talked. Looks like they had things undercontrol.by now. They both just suggled each other a little as they spoke, just for fun.
"Hmm, hang on." Discord disappeared with a flash, then returned a few minutes later, holding a rather aged looking calendar in his mouth.
Luna took a look at it. Indeed it looked rather old, then looked at it in detail and noticed that it was about 200 years old. "This might help you." She said to Frozen.
Discord dropped it on the table. "I hope so, the ponies at the Canterlot Museum were not happy about me taking it."
