Hmm... Guess it would depend on the environment and what weapons I've got, but probably the Predator. Arnie defeats the predator, a whole squad of Colonial Marines and Ripley have no such luck with a group of Xenomorphs. Plus at least if Predator killed me, I'd end up with a nicely steam-cleaned skull and spinal cord.
Probably Galvatron; I've always wanted to be shot by a giant laser cannon. (Looking into the history of these guys is actually pretty interesting; I might have to try and watch the gen 1 animated series at some point.)
Not really; I may have seen bits of episodes when I was little, but the only real exposure I've had is the godawful Bay films. Well, and your references I guess.

Well, as far as I know, there's the original 60s series with the puppets, which is what I watched, then there was a terrible live action film, and now there's a new series which I haven't seen, but is apparently quite good.
Hah, you missed the version with the kids that had clips from the original. Was the 60's version still showing when you were a kid or are you that old?
