I was saying if she was a monster she'd be male, but she's not a monster she's a pony so that logic doesn't apply to her.

Well, besides the obvious, there'd probably be mental changes, as well as differences in how you were treated in society. Gender plays a fairly large roll in a lot of areas.

Yeah, here's the thing, nowadays I've been getting way too much attention on the Internet. It's not happening here, just some other places.

 

Man, buck those other places! Some people are just idiots, or at least, going through stupid phases.

 

Yea, I decided to make myself male in certain places. Because I just couldn't take the attention!

I work off the generally assumption that everyone online I run into is male, or younger than me. I get proven wrong a lot. Still I try to be consistent on how I treat people.
