Starlight Glimmer A Threat In 2nd Half of S5?

    So, what are your thought about what will be happening in the second part of the season?

    As for me, I know that Starlight Glimmer is going to be making a comeback (well according to Equestria Daily). Any thoughts on her and what kind of threat she will pose to the mane six?

    Starlight Glimmer discovers that Twilight and her friends would never have gotten their cutie marks if not for Rainbow Dash's first Sonic Rainboom (S1-Ep16).
    Using a time spell (S2, Ep20), she goes back and stops the Rainboom from happening, thus altering the destinies of the Mane Six.

    So, yeah... she's gonna be a pretty major threat.

    Alright.

    Then I have an idea on how it'll be resolved. It's actually similar to something from a video game I like. If this is how they end up doing it, I will be VERY happy because at long last there will be a reference to something that I actually know.

    In spoilers I guess.

    If anyone else here as played Final Fantasy 13-2, you'll know that the main problem was multiple paradoxes that made the timeline unstable. You then use Time Gates to go to other timelines to resolve paradoxes. They'll probably do something similar. Or at least steal something from FF 13-2 and possibly Terminator.

    They'll find another paradox and use it to their advantage to go back and fix the original paradox.

    So there's only one last thing to say.

    "Paradoxes must break. This is the path I must take"

    I just hope it doesn't end the way 13-2 did... :cry:

    She may or may not come back after that much humiliation, Trixie did, but Glimmer still wouldn't be a threat to anyone. She wasn't that powerful, Twilight bested her big time. Even if she did return, it would be too easy to deal with. It would be over before it even began.

    People spoke of reforming her, that will never happen. Her pride would be too great to accept it.
