The Big Mac arc of the official comic had a bit with Luna hanging out with Big Mac at a carnival. The ship gained popularity after the comic was released.

I totally forgot to mention the Sombra ships. Luna, Twilight, Chrysalis, and Fluttershy all get shipped with Sombra frequently. Chryssi also gets shipped with Discord occasionally.
