Hmm... there are a couple explanations. 1. They haven't gotten to your submission/e-mail yet (they get quite a lot I'm sure) 2. They don't feel it's worth reporting 3. They think it's an elaborate hoax/scam too. Just the possibilities I can think of off the the top of my head.
Option 2.5 is that they think it's real, but vaporware and so not worth reporting yet. I bet it will become exponentially more news worthy as it's released and they start getting handed out.

Yes and we don't know what ShadowPony messaged them, we should have a general message for all news agencies at release. +1 to that sir, first I'm sure most people will want to see it in action first.
Don't worry, I understand most people are sceptical.. when you see it in action, you'll know its serious.

I mean what I said, its not copyrightable, The original fan art that was used wasn't owned by Hasbro, and it looks nothing like rainbow dash, apart from maybe the colouring but even that's off compared to canon + no cutie mark. I've spent more time than Id like researching copyright law, and taking legal advise, this is far from something that Hasbro could stand up in court and claim. Nor do I believe they'd be motivated to do that, if they did we can always change the logo, its hardly an issue.
Upon looking at the website, I immediately cringed. Text is overlaying other text and makes everything unreadable. The background on the homepage has too many colors, therefore makes the text unreadable, try doing an ambient background or something. Please (for the love of god), learn better website design, specifically, CSS. Take an example from my website, http://www.bronydom.net/. Don't copy, don't steal, just take it as a layout example.
