.......besides over a hundred musicians within the pony fandom? queen, led zeppelin, and more recently, avenged sevenfold. among about a dozen others I can't think of at the moment.

yeh. I tend to avoid pop at all costs.

 

Good call. There are have been almost no good pop songs since the early 90s.

 

yeah. I usually stick to brony artists, since they seem to have a pretty consistent quality.

 

I mostly stick to metal, but I listen to just about everything.

 

me too. except for pop and country. don't listen to much country, don't really care for it most of the time.

 

I've been a country fan my whole life.

I prefer the older stuff, though.

Also, it's still weird to me to think of songs from the 90s as 'old.'

 

yeah. old songs in the pop and country genres do tend to be far better than the new ones.
