We all have hopes for certain scenes to occur, eventually, in future episodes or full blown series arcs. What certain situation could you see playing out in FiM canon, that would make you just lose it (in a good way). Share your potentially future "OMFGTHATJUSTHAPPENED! OHNOTHEYDIDNT! BUTOMGTHEYTOTALLYDID! SQUEEEEE!" Epiode/ arc moments. For me, I think it might have to be DHX throwing Tartarus exploration at us. But instead of going the predictable route of making a super scary and threatening Satanesque species as its ruler, it's this perfectly adorable, fluffy pink colt unicorn (that look too mare-like to question if he really is a colt) that gets squees from everypony, is well-manned and such, but is a cold, cruel, smooth-tongued, and manipulative when business is on the table. Further loss of sanity would result, if there was a season arc where this hypothetical pink, adorable Lord of Terror got Twilight in some sort of contract, or - with the elder pincesses sentenced to his realm of Tartarus by some other villain, and ues ex friends exploring Tartarus to rescue them, Lord of insanely adorable Terror pony kept the throne of Equestria warm in their absense, only to keep things running smoothly, off love and frindshippy goodness. Hehe. Share what squee-enducing moments you would want in FiM's future.
An episode where Twilight's friends become evil. And no, I don't mean like being discorded again, I mean LEGITIMATELY evil. Of their own FREE WILL. This type of storyline could open up so many storytelling possibilities, like what the five of them would do to Equestria as a result of being evil, or the circumstances that would lead to this turn of events. This would probably lead to Twilight having an internal struggle because of what happened to her friends, and overcoming that struggle would be the lesson she'd have to learn. But nah, that sort of plotline could never happen in a little girls' sho-what the hell am I talking about? This is the same show that gave us A FULL-SCALE WAR, COMMUNIST PONIES, AND A FIGHT SCENE THAT WOULD MAKE GOKU PROUD. If THOSE THINGS are possible, I don't see how this wouldn't work.

A gay couple. Just, any gay couple. And they didn't shy or skirt around it. They were gay, and it's not weird or anything. We've an openly flamboyant serpent, so we know they exist. Though, I could say this for any show. For something specific to MLP: an episode about Zebras. Meeting more of them, learning why Zecora speaks in rhymes. They're kinda absent.
I'm with Rid. Some memories of AJ's parents might turn on the waterworks for me. As for a real shocker... finding out Marble Pie is pregnant!!!
