My OC already is kind of dark, so I can't think of any way to make him look more evil. That being said: Former King Sunlance. Now the Lord of Nightmares known as Order. He has the power to enter and manipulate dreams (Freddy Kruger style) and powerful alicorn magic. He used to be in control of the sun and the moon until he was overthrown by his daughters, Celestia and Luna.
