This is a more serious ask me thread to my other one, I know a lot when it comes to Computers, Gaming and Software. And would love to answer all your questions like, What do you think about X? And is it ever going to be possible to do X? How does X work? Can you help with X issue? How do I remove X from my system? Stuff like that all based around Technology and Gaming. Go Ahead ask away!
Kingdom Hearts 2, Just the nostalgia hits me way too hard. Hopefully 3 will make the same Nostalgia.....I'm still mostly in my childhood.
On my main PC I use two dual-booted Operating Systems, My most common one to use is a linux OS going by the name "Linux Mint" it's running the 64-bit cinnamon desktop environment The other is a windows 10 install. Which I only use for emulation of PS2 games and the like as they run better on Windows 10. My Laptop runs Linux Lite (A 64-bit minimalistic Linux OS) designed to be light on ram, Which is great because my laptop does not have the best of ram and is only use for Internet Surfing while I'm away from home. It has recently broke down however. After a crash caused a Harddrive Failure.... Working on getting a new Hard Drive soon.
Which mint version? 17.3? Did you ever try arch? (arch is super-awesome, I use it as my main os ^.^) Did you ever try a tiled window manager? Did you ever do any server management? Am I asking too many questions?
Yes I do run 17.3, When it comes to using Arch Linux, I have tried it, and I do agree it's a great OS, as it allows you to mess with the kernel itself, which potentially allows you to maximise your pc performance by trailoring it to your hardware and your own needs. However I do not use it, due to being more use to the Ubuntu Commands and Terminal No, While I do have some basic understanding of how servers work and the parts required to build the hardware side of a server. I have no experience in actually running or managing a server, However if I were to run a server: I'd probably use the Coding Languages known as HTML,PHP and MySQL, HTML and PHP for the Browser side of things and MySQL for database management. Hardware varies depending on the load required to run the site, but I recommend having a back-up server in case of emergancies, because Data Recovery won't always work. Yes I have used a tiled window manager there is one built into Windows, However on the Linux side of things, I've never needed it, so while I think there is one built into Linux Mint, I've never used it. (Edit: Sorry if there are any grammar mistakes, I'm at my Rest Bite home right now, so I'm typing this on my tablet.)
