I remember that on brony day that we had 300 viewers at one point, the current average viewer amount is about 30. to solve this i was thinking that we have a 24 Hour Livestream Spectacular some time around Christmas break and once its all planned we get it posted on EqD. so far my ideas for the stream are Drawing contests Karaoke Live readings of fan-fics like Spiderses bobbing for apples Pin the tail on the pony Call-ins from char requesting ideas of what to do Prizes Reenactments of Christmas stories with the Mods/ DJs So yeah... if you have any ideas just post them
Although we want to do SOMETHING for christmas, we want it to be site wide, not just radio specific. Apple bobbing? Over the net? How?!
Well im not really sure how something over the forums would work, or im just not creative enough to think what could happen. And for apple bobbing, each person in the stream puts an apple in a bucket and everyone starts at the same time.
We could do a radio episode, like think of a script and do a whole show using ocs... Maybe even make it a sort of NPC event with art contests and a sort of mini story-line that carries through from the radio show. Or, we could have a scavenger hunt! The mods could hide a bunch of presents or apples in all the different threads for everypony to find. Then they can link it back for a prize, say, art or a radio request or something... For EPR, it might be fun to sing requested carols once an hour or once every few hours (ponified even, if possible). I'd say we could probably even dress Pinkie Pie up in a Santa suit...? Oh! What about the banner? Could it be Christmassy? Another idea for applebucking: make a thread with a different chain of links, some of which lead to apples and have them post what they find first try...
have everypony send in a clip of themselves dancing to some pony song, then get all the clips together to make a HMV.
