Just realized I should have posted this sooner. Sorry about that! So, your world is called Daelios. I will introduce a map in a while. (When I make it! ) Also, while humans do not have magic, we have some mythical creatures... (Sea monsters, sirens, etc.)
Alright. Sorry that took so long! 1. This is Bainslough. A town by the harbor, they are known for their fishing industry, and their silver tongued traders. Hold on to your purses here. 2. Loeme - A bit of a shady town, because it was founded as a center for thieves, rogues, and pirates. However, in the last century, the jokingly named "Great Cleansing" was initiated, where Edolier soldiers stormed the town to bring justice. Now, it is quiet and understated, but since it is a town in poverty, the locals are always grateful for a chance to buy riches, however they were gotten. 3. Brailyn - A reclusive society surrounded by great forests, Brailyn is a community that has been forgotten. They are self suppliant. and independant, and perhaps the most rebellious town in Ayedelor. 4. Kaelmyst - A popular vacation town, Kaelmyst is known for the friendly community, and their naive politicians. 5. Durnswick - This town is known for the shark attacks. The 'younger brother' of Kaelmyst, its community is for those who wanted to live the good life, but couldn't make it a few miles north. 6. Thicket - A trading town for ships, Thicket is full of old souls and dreamers. A massive harbor and members from all over the world are in this location. 7. Urela - A town on the edge of the desert, it is the last oasis for miles. Almost the equivalent of Nepal in this universe. 8. Dailough - A town of artists. Sculptures, musicians, and painters gather here to find inspiration when they cannot find it anywhere else. The only problem is that artists are desperate here. It has the highest robbery rate in the country. 9. Edolier - Essentially, the world capital. Soldiers come from here, and the high ruler lives in his castle here. Not a good place for pirates. Full of luxury and riches. Think the Capitol from the Hunger Games. Only the wealthiest here. 10. Cantlyre - A small hamlet with a love for knowledge. Full of libraries, and a very strong law enforcement system. 11. Norlure - Norlure is a town of trappers. Pelts, meat, and teeth are sold here at very high prices. 12. Quelien - Quelien is a quirky town of performance arts. They have monthly dances, and a famous light festival every year. 13. Seywreye - A city of miners. This city sells fine gems and ores. 14. Maydye - A downright unfriendly town with a very close knit society. Outsiders are almost chased away. Perhaps it's the weather. Snowy year round. 15. Terlo - Terlo is full of athletes. A bit of a rebel town, rooftop runners dominate the area, and trails lead into the woods. 16. Yarym - Yarym is a town of mischief. Almost like Vegas, every building is either a brothel, or a pub. Not much use for this town in the pirate world, but when you are kicked from the crew, consider moving here. 17. Floerae - A town of quiet introverts, this area is devoted to raising animals and crops. They export around the world, and have a rather wealthy community. Please say where your characters are from! Natalia and Jack - Unknown. Ellia - Quelien Jade - Terlo @Stuffy McPatch , @Starlight Speedster, @Proxy, @AzureBlitz, @Common Sense.
I'm surprised by how much happiness it brings me to see you guys placing your characters in these cities. I think it's super cool! If you want, you can expand on the area yourself. Also, side note, can you tell that I was running out of name ideas?
Maydye might seem like a place Hafthor would have spent his time at. Cold as hell, downright unfriendly? Sounds appropriate.
