Making slow cooked red wine beef casserole for dinner tonight, threw in a habanero for some heat. What are you cooking?
I can thoroughly handle stuffed tomatoes as well as some kind of Boeuf Bourguignon. But that's an easy job: all you need is to be patient.
I made a teriyaki stir-fry I don't know if it was a problem with the sauce or the brand of stuff I used or if I just straight up messed up. I t was so bland but a half bottle of hot sauce fixed that right up to a respectable meal~
Stir-fry sauces seem to be very hit and miss, more often a miss. I still don't think I've found one I like.
here's something I like to call "quote unquote pan corn dogs". Made with traditional homemade corn dog batter but, instead of deep-fried, it's made in a frying pan with the batter rolled around a beef hot dog. I would like to think that they are healthier than traditional corn dogs because they're not deep-fried.
you can jam all that into one post, you don't have to make a new post with each new thought you know. also beef fajita today cause I like vegetables and meat fried together in a pan
I need to cook more ofeten. I'm actuallt a prettyb good cook, but I don't cook as often as I usedc to.
