My day was... weird. I just woke up an hour ago and its 4PM. That is seriously the last time I stay up till 4AM playing Skyrim.
Went to a Christmas market at Roots in Manheim today, but it wasn't a very good showing. We only sold four things, the least we've sold at a show so far, and many of the vendors around us didn't seem to sell a thing. I think everyone was there for the food. <_< Oh well, we're still getting our name out there, so I guess it wasn't a total waste.
I learned today that just when I seemed to be making progress, it turns out I'm still in the same rut I've been in for the past 2 months. I don't know what to do anymore. I'm sure ranting on a pony forum will solve all my problems though.
You can Rant to me, I don't mind! Sometimes, the best way to get out of a rut... Well, That's an answer you have to find out yourself. I'm not going to speak for ya, so go out at life and tell it to eat some poisonous mushrooms, and live it the way you think is best.
It's better posting on a kid's show forum rather than bottling it all up inside yourself, my friend. But, sometimes we do find ourselves in a rut, the best thing we can do is keep pushing forward. I dunno about you, but I don't want to be one of those guys who are stuck in a rut for the rest of their lives. I hope things get better for you, but remember that you're the only who can choose when you can feel better.
Day involved lots of ponies. But my night. My night involved a long drive to Johnson City to go to a concert for my friends To Write Love On Her Arms group, and getting to skank all night with a bunch of people. On a down note though, I explained the entire story of an amazing girl that I once had relations with who I was/still am in love with. Now I miss her a lot because we haven't seen each other in over a year. We still talk and stuff... But it's not the same.
I can relate dude, I really miss some people that I still care about sometimes as well... but maybe you should try making plans to meet up with them or something, it's not like either of you are dead or anything =D
Amazing...Midwest Furfest was incredible..went to a couple raves and danced for a while...but one of my highlights was getting this picture
My neck, my back, my ankles, and my head are sore. I think from skanking all night. But other than that, it's been boring. I woke up at 12 and went to a musical for my school. Now I have to write a paper for my poetry class that I don't even know what it's about. When I joined the class I expected to enjoy it. But alas, I haven't learned one thing about reading or writing poetry. I just know that my teacher thinks that it's wrong to have your own opinion about certain poems and that everyone should interpret them the same way. Which is soooo wrong and hurts me as a poet. I write my poetry with the illicit intent of people trying to figure out on their own what it means. If I wanted them to all have the same opinion and know what it truly means, I wouldn't write so metaphorically.
Today was great I got to see a friend of mine that is in the airforce, and I haven't seen him in what seems like forever!!!
I agree with you completely, please don't let that misled teacher guide your creativity down a path that will ruin it, you're the artist, not her.
