*With the beam down sound, a folder of paperwork marked "Citizenship application" and time stamped from almost two centuries before, and stamped with multiple "approved" stamps in a multitude of colours, and with no expiration on any of the paperwork, due to Immortal status, and Diplomat stamped on some of the papers, appears on the counter*
Silver produced a parchment from his bag, and rolled the papers inside. He then spit on them and set them on fire.
"My own imitation of dragon fire," Silver answered. "As a half-dragon, my saliva contains traces of the same magic contained in dragon's fire breath. Not enough to do any real damage, but enough to send a letter."
*"Huh. Interesting. Researchers want to know more, but they have more pressing matters. Such as the convergence point. The radius is expanding. -Ed"* *The storm was approaching the edge of the Everfree.*
Midnight stacked up a large plate of Sandwich's for Raven "Here you go, got a wide range of tastes for you today" she said with a smirk, she then levitated a bottle of Everclear out as well. "Well this is actually rather fun" she remarked. She then glanced at Silver and smirked "I got the perfect drink for you, I used to make these all the time, before they became illegal. Celestia always had to have some issue with something you did. Midnight mixed up several drinks and tossed the flaming glass towards Silver, "I call it the Flaming Luna", just a bit of tonic, a splash of snazz, and some shadow magic, and you got a perfect cocktail. Midnight then made herself one, and downed it in one go, "Ahhh, that hit the spot" she sighed. "And its perfectly fine for Shadow ponies to consume, not sure about you though, might make a hole going down, but at least it can get out again, am i right?" she asked smirking.
Silver swirled the drink around in the glass, and then downed it, flames and all. "Quite good. Thank you." He read Ed's note and shook his head. "This convergence point," he asked, "How dangerous is it?"
*" Why, do you want to go swim in Oblivion?, pretty dangerous, BUT after alot of deliberation we have figured a way to halt its progress. We fire a stream of Anti-Time at it. Don't touch either and you'll be fine. Oh and, Silver, how long until we hear anything back? -Ed"* Selena: Hey... Guard dude, I have some questions.
Midnight smirked "Quite good to defy your princesses wishes right? Now you're in my world. I've been defying her wishes for Eons" she remarked with a snort. She made another of her Flaming Lina's and gave it to Silver, "So why you like Celestia and Luna so much? They cause more issues then they solve" she remarked. "Me personally, hope that they get replaced by some sort of republic, what about you?" she queried.
*"Oh and Silver, I've called in some favours owed, there WILL be a fleet of spacecraft stationed around the planet, containing this convergence will need this to happen, only way other than calling the, ooh I don't even like writing about them, (In tiny text) Council. (normal text) So, yeah, they won't cause issue, unless provoked. Can you make sure this gets to the Princesses too? -Ed"*
Midnight levitates the note over to herself and reads it "Interesting, a Convergence, that takes me back a few eons" she remarked, she then passed it over to Silver. Midnight had plans for this Convergence, like the last one, she had attempted to usurp the Princesses, maybe this time she will achieve her goal. Midnight levitated one of her shadow crystals out of her bag and licked it, a message to her followers to disrupt the convergence with her shadow ray.
"They already know," Silver replied. "Do not forget that the stars are Princess Luna's domain. Little that happens up there escapes her attention." He turned back to Midnight. "Dark magic is not illegal here. My lieutenant--" he motioned to Blackout-- "Is quite fond of it, actually." He sighed. "As for why I follow the princesses, it is simple. Equestria needs them. Their leadership, their wisdom, and their strength."
*"Strange seeing as the fleets are just now leaving their starports in their Universes. Bit outside of Luna's domain, huh? -Ed"* \ *Few moments later* *"Nevermind, time distortion, right. -Ed"*
Midnight smirked, good thing this pony didn't know of her shadow ray. "Well thats good that Shadow magic is no longer banned" she remarked, she took a sip of wine, her crystal vibrated, good her ponies were launching the shadow ray. She glanced outside and smirked looking at the sun "Well that sun is a odd color" she remarked, she took another sip of wine. "Discords out doing himself, though I did out do myself once i was released from my jail" she remarked, she snorted "There wisdom, ruined my empire, and discords too, I liked his chaos, it kept me entertained" she sighed, sheesh when did i get so nostalgic?
*A beam rocketed from the research vessel striking the storm's heart, and slowing its progress, noticeably, but the storm continued expanding at a considerable rate, it was visible from the bar now, off in the distance*
Silver looked outside and nodded. "Indeed. I do not suppose you would be willing to tell me what is causing that?"
*"Sky colour messed up? Sorry, not much we can do to fix that without letting the Convergence expand exponentially. -Ed"*
