What do you think about Weird Al Yankovic?

What do you think of Walk of the Earth?

What is the migrational speed of an unladen Swallow?

I loved Weird Al in the 90s, when he made parodies of Michael Jackson. I also liked a lot "This is the life". Not much of a fan of his original work, I'm mostly into the parodies. The last CD I had of him had Amish Paradise, which was hillarious. I heard the one about grammar, the parody of Blurred Lines and it was ok, catchy and good, but not great. I haven't listened to any of his recent work other than that.

I think walking off the Earth is dangerous if you believe in a flat Earth. Otherwise, you're ok as long as you can swim because there's a lot of ocean in the horizon.

What kind of music are you into?

Also, how exactly does an RPG book work?

Cool, I hope your Nintendo 3DS didn't get damage.

Honestly, I know nothing about bands. I listen to weird stuff.

Since I'm not American, don't live in the US, and believe that the elections blew a *squee!*load of money on nominating the two worst possible candidates, I'd say no.

I'm into really weird stuff. I'm the guy that actually listens to the 10 hour version of the trololololo guy on youtube. My latest thing is piano renditions of anime or Disney music, and jazz and bossanova versions of Urusei Yatsura. Right now, I'd listen to pretty much anything Urusei Yatsura, specially Lum no love song and Kagefumi no waltz.

An RPG book gives you rules to create characters and give them abilities so that they can go on adventures. These abilities are usually measured in levels. So, for example, a pegasus with Level 2 in Flight can fly faster and longer than a pegasus with Level 1. These abilities have different applications. For example, Empathy allows you to befriend animals and be liked by other horsies, Random allows you to do things like asking a painting a question or appear somewhere unexpectedly (as long as it's funny), Potions allows you to create magical potions (no, really). Magic allows you to heal your friends or teleport away, etc. When using an attribute a character has to either roll dice or spend an attribute point.

Most RPG books deal with combat, but I wrote mine precisely to avoid that, although if you want to kick butt and shoot energy rays from your horn you can.

One player directs the game and the story and the each other player plays a character in the story. It's pretty fun and in all of my playtesting we've had a laugh and a fun time. One time, I had two 50 year old women who had never played role playing games flap their arms around, because they were pegasi flying. It was hilarious.

That's the video that they played on the 3DS Video. From there I looked them up on Youtube. They are kind of weird, they do a lot of interesting covers.

I wouldn't worry too much. The staff do not get too uppity about it as long as you are controlled and not swearing like a sailor or at least not turning it into a hate speech against a poster. The censors are here to deal with a major swears anyway.

Anyway. Since I took the time to post here, might as well ask a question. Is there any fan artwork of any kind, Furry, Brony, or otherwise, you like or take inspiration from?

I will then curse like Popeye. That is, with mumbles that nobody understands.

MLP related, that would be Mandopony's songs by far. I love the guy. I don't think he makes MLP music anymore but I loved his stuff. I'm definitely not into electronic music which is what I find mostly with fan made music. I also loved Button's Adventures and that video of Rainbow Dash with the Powerpuff girls. That is the kind of things that inspired me to write my book and make my own little contribution to the fandom.

There's a lot of fan artwork that I like that's not MLP. Harry Potter and the Methods of Rationality is one of my favs, but the podcast, not the book. Although it does become a bit too Mary Sue for a second run. It did help me question some of my beliefs and stances, so there's that. Since the podcast features a different voice for each character, it kinda spoiled audio books for me, where one voice is used for all the characters.

I don't know if this counts, since although it was created by a fan, it's official canon, but I draw a lot of inspiration from Don Rosa's The Life and Times of Scrooge McDuck. By far the most motivating thing I've seen to come out from Disney. It makes me get up an try again when I fail at something, specially the first episode.

Ok, I watched them. I liked the rythm of the first one, but the song, not so much. I reached the end of the video before stopping. The second one, I only watched about 30 seconds of it. Not my thing.

However, are they the same ones that sang a song in spanish all playing in the same guitar? They look familiar.

Actually, I googled them up and yes, they are! Now this song I really liked and played it dozens of time about 2 Xmases ago.

No, I'm interested in it, but honestly, my shows backlog is so long I just don't want to put another one there, specially not that long.

I want to finish MLP, I'm in S4. I want to watch Urusei Yatsura, I'm in episode 15 out of aboot 200, plus the OVAS and I want to rewatch the last 3 movies. I also want to watch Steven Universe and It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia. Since I watch about 1 show per week or every 2 weeks, it's going to take a while.

If you could make a Cameo on any TV show what would it be, and what would you do?

I would be a special Lum's stormtrooper in Urusei Yatsura, being a rival of Megane and being by far the most obsessed admirer of Lum.

If Urusei Yatsura is so old for you that the reference is obscure. I would love to be in Seinfeld. I'd be a parody of a SJW and would be offended at trivial stuff that Seinfeld talks about in his comedy stand up. And everyone who saw that show would go "wow, that guy really predicted what it would happen.

If that still is too obscure a reference, then I'd be my OC in MLP. His name is Sour Mash and he's the husband of Turnip Mash and the father of Button Mash. He'd be a funny, clever pony, but more in the style of Groucho Marx than Pinkie Pie, and the lesson would be that you should question your own assumptions and that going to responsible adults in case of trouble is a good thing to do.

I loved your question, that's just a few ideas that sprung to mind. I left out one that I had fantasized for a while, because it's in a telenovela that nobody here has seen.
