Azrael growled, hefted Navaja onto his back, and sprinted down below the deck as quickly as he could.
Raven cringed. "Don't say that, I'm having thoughts." A large, brown, formless blob then rolled up into the ship, making a sickening gurgling noise.
"Tell me about it..." Suddenly, his ears perked at the sound of a gurgling. "You hear that?" he asked.
"Ÿ̨̰͍̰̟͕́̅͌̅o̰̙̻͈̙̭ͯͭ͐ǔ̼̼̏ͭ̾͗͞r̝̞̰ͫ̈̚ ̔̒̀ͧ̂̃ͩs̡̹͉̃̄u͈͚̺̲i̥̬̦̥̜̘̎͆ẗ̛̯͖͔̞͓ṣ̯̯̣,̘̺͕ͫ̔̔͋͑ͭ ̷̬͔͕͍͓̼̺d̫̣̫͚̝̑ͣ̌͒̃͂͟i̽ͯͤ̅̔̉͠c͇͕̣͇̟̥̐̈ͨḵ̺̝̮͈̟̆͢sͩ͌̍͐͆ͯ̌.͈̆.͇̙̥̣͔̮̙̉͗̾ͨ̀̚.̸͚̟͍͈͙̅͐͐" The blob spat out a large, wooden box before rolling back out of the ship. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Once within range, Azrael slammed the button that would take them away from this icy wasteland.
Inside was a pair of neatly-folded, likely fairly snug suits with light armor around where the vital organs would be. There was also a helmet lying on top of each suit, as without a helmet in space they could suffocate and die. Raven picked up the smaller suit and inspected it. "Niiiiiice."
Once the ship was away safely, Nightshade released her death grip on the wraith dragon. It wasn't dead, but she'd managed to knock most of the fight out of it. Nothing attacked her. The wraiths and windigos were too busy watching the ground to notice her. Slowly, the earth below split apart into a chasm nearly a mile wide. With a roar that seemed to shake the world itself, a giant serpent, nearly a mile long, rose from the frozen ground that it had slept beneath for untold millennia. Nightshade returned to her pony form and grinned. "Beautiful." ******************************************************************************* The ship reappeared, as was the intent, in a private hanger in Canterlot.
The suit he picked out was larger, clearly signifying that it was for him. "Looks pretty cool," he said, putting it on.
Azrael was visibly seething with anger as he walked up to the bridge, still carrying the unconscious assassin on his back. "I want to exactly know who sent us out there to die. This instant." ~~~~~~~~~~~ Raven's suit seemed to loosen itself as she was putting it on, then suddenly tighten at the end, causing her to squeak. ~~~~~~~~~~~ Maya was back tending the bar while Raven went on her adventure. Surely Dusty wouldn't mind. Presently, she was counting her drawer while Asmo sat by the door, sniffing his hoof.
"I..." Azrael sighed, looking around at the injured. "Yes. They need medical attention. As soon as possible..." He took a deep breath. "Did anypony see what happened to Nightshade?"
His suit did the same, resulting in him grunting a little. "Man, that's tight..." he groaned, stretching out instinctively. At first, the suit felt constrictive, but after a while, it didn't feel so tight.
