    It means that the universe is actually made of a multitude of strings, each of which is a representation of an atom in 11 dimensions. These strings are interwoven in such a way as to facilitate the chemical reactions and laws of physics as we see them, and can be unraveled to break these laws for the duration of the unraveling. However, due to the fact that any string left alone tends to become a jumbled mess and interweave with itself, these strings will always exhibit a degree of chaotic behaviour, ironically leading to a reordering of the laws of physics to their current form.
