Has your favorite character(s) always been your favorite right from the first episode? For me, Rainbow Dash wasn't my favorite when I first started watching FiM. The first character that was a consistent favorite for a while was Twilight. Then, for a bit, Rarity. Then, for a while, Pinkie Pie. Then, both PP and RD Now, Just Dash.
Rainbow Dash was always my fav. Only shift had been 2nd place. It was Fluttershy for a bit,then Rarity. But now I know Trixie is second best pony forever. -- Sent from my Palm Pre using Forums
Rainbow Dash was my first favorite, but I think around the time I saw The Show Stoppers, it began to change to Scoots instead.
Fluttershy was my favourite initially, and kind of what got me watching the show. Over time, though, Rarity just won my heart and she and Sweetie Belle have been sitting in the top spot comfortably for quite some time now.
It's a hard decision because from the start I liked both Rainbow Dash and AppleJack equally, but now it's siding towards AJ a little more. Plus, Sparkler <3 loolol
I've had 3 favorites: Spike, Fluttershy and Pinkie Pie. Spike was the first character I really liked when I first started watching the show back in June. I guess it was just his sense of humor that I liked, and I still do today. However, shortly after meeting the Mane Six and getting to know their personalities/ponynalities better, Fluttershy became my favorite. Her shyness I saw as similar to my own, except not to the same extent. I think she was my favorite for only a couple of weeks because another pony gained my admiration and that was Pinkie Pie. To be honest, at first I thought she was a little annoying, but then I grew to love her character and I've been a loyal Pinkie Pie fan for over 4 months now, I think, and I don't see that changing anytime soon.

I was a Pinkie Pie hater at first, I have to admit. Party of One really turned it around for me. She's not my favourite, but I do love and respect her now instead of feeling she's a nuisance, and I am more than a little disappointed at the lack of Pinkie this season so far!
The first pony i liked most was Fluttershy. She's just so cute :3 Then it was Raibow Dash for a bit and Applejack for quite long time. Now, after some new episodes, my favourites are AJ and Rarity. But i still love many characters of MLP: mane six, Spike, CMC, Octavia, Derpy for example.

I didn't consider Luna a favorite at first untill I finished season 1. second would go to Applebloom. The main cast are all lovable except Rainbow dash, I hate her guts. Nah I kid. :Trollestia: She just hogs up most of the fame of the mane six but I like her for having Tank.
It's always been Rainbow Dash as #1 for me, every since my friend showed me episode 9. My second favorite has been Luna ever since I did my first run through.
