It's alright, I don't like working with one of my best friends in such a tight environment where you could be put under pressure due to how busy the place can be sometimes- It is the most popular Chinese restaurant in town. I don't like feeling like I'm being a flank towards my friends or vice-versa, so it can be a bit stressful, but it gets better in the end. I'm also using my first few paychecks to pay for parts for a PC Miggy is helping me build for use in Film School, so that's making my job feel a bit more rewarding :]

I'm sure I'll be fine, one of my emotional weaknesses comes from how my best friends act towards/feels about me, it's a ridiculous paranoia and I hope to shake it off with more self-control and meditation, but I'm sure it'll all be fine, I just need to stop making out situations to be worse than they actually are... discipline is key and I've been exercising it. And yeah, I'm really excited for my first paycheck. X]

I've known this guy for a while too, 10 years, not as impressive as your 16 years, but I'm still proud to say that I've been friends with some people for over a decade. :] Don't worry, it's not all going to my computer, I need to pay for other various things as well and save a bit.
