    I blew it. I asked my father... HA.
    I said "It is a convention." he replied "for what?".
    Things went downhill from there... I wanted to just say "hey, there's a lovely community on a forum I frequently visit, we all share an interest for <insert MLP here> and there's a meetup this Saturday in London! Would you be so kind as to pay £60 petrol fees to give me a lift down there! You can fully trust these people on the Internet that I've never met before!"
    Lol nope, blew it. I'm not going, end of.
    Maybe if it wasn't so close to Christmas I would be able to.
