But in war A world war 2 field medic helmet with a spade ace and a medic jacket with a syringe gun and a rifle [cuz I am a Rambo medic] but that is my grand father red cross's stuff

    field medic duties , flying ww2 aircraft , shooting a needle in every unprotected area I can find.
