"What were the results?"
He chuckled, starting the car. "He seems nice."
She rested her arms over his shoulders. "Would you?"
"Decent," he answered. "You?"
"It was fine," he said plainly. "Same as always. What about training?"
She smiled slightly. "Nope. Not at all."
Francis joined a moment later, sitting next to her. "Hey."
"Alright," he said, squeezing her hand as they kept walking.
"Yes," she replied firmly. "You are."

"Oh," he murmured. "I see. "
She frowned. "Now you're just trying to be nice."
He pulled out of the drive way, not giving much else any thought.
He looked in the direction she was pointing. "Where?"
She squinted at him. "I apologize for my inability to go college."
He went to his car, giving her a small wave before getting in.
He looked up, his head cocked slightly. "What other ones are there?"
She rolled her eyes. "I was teasing you."
"Any time," he said cheerfully. "See you tomorrow?"
