You are most certainly welcome here. I respect your opinions; I personally have no problem whatsoever with you not liking the show. I love the show because it has changed my life. It has helped me to be kinder to others, to be optimistic, to remain hopeful, and just in general to be positive. It has helped me out of some dark times in my life.

Thanks! It's not like you'd beleive at first, like we're weirdos or something. I mean, we're a LOT less weird than the REST of the internet, lol. Really, all it is is that we like the show. Well, most of us anyways. I know some who only like the fandom, but think the show is stupid.
I'm a Star Trek fan and into the fandom of it but more for the sense of wonder and awe it inspired in me as a child. Seems to me the love of a thing should be there for the experience to be the most fulfilling.
I have to agree. I don't claim to know what they really feel about it themselves, that's just what they've told me, lol. Really, I have few close friends who like the show. Most of my close friends have been like, "Oh, look. I was wondering when you'd become weirder, you were three weeks late" when I told them I liked MLP. Jokingly, of course. Not many of them really liked it, but they didn't hate me for liking it or anything, which is great.
Yeah, The funny thing about the Intro is that the louder you play it the better it gets. (ouch, my ears. :x) The Pony that was shooting lasers is called Twilight Sparkle and the Pony Pumping her tail is called Pinkie pie, In case you were wondering. ;D
