I just watched the trailer for "Pixels", so... ...which do you think it's the best crossover movie and why?
Who Framed Roger Rabbit? - Not only does it feature one of the only (if not the only) example of a mainstream Warner Bros/Disney crossover, it featured memorable original characters, a great story, and one of the best villains in animation history.
I liked Destroy All Monsters cause it includes Zilla. Kind of sad he dies, but since Toho owns him so it doesn't mean we won't see him again when they want a monster for Godzilla to whip in 30 seconds to show off just how powerful the true king of Kaiju is.
Actually, I'm talking about the 1968 movie "Destroy All Monsters", made DECADES before Roland Emmerich's Godzilla movie. I'm talking about this movie:
Not sure which is best, but Van Helsing is probably my favourite of the films I've seen on that list; it's not a particularly great film, but I enjoyed it when I was younger, and there's a certain amount of nostalgia there. The League Of Extraordinary Gentlemen is without a doubt the worst film on that list though; that film was so terrible that it made Sean Connery quit acting.
I can't choose between Who Framed Roger Rabbit? and Wreck-It-Ralph. So I'd say a tie between those two. :derpe: What's Pixels supposed to be about? I'm curious now...
Kevin James and Adam Sandler.... Looks like Hollywood is getting desperate.
I'm not going to touch this even if I had a sixty foot pole. This honestly looks absolutely terrible. (Btw, I go to a film school)
To be honest, Crimson, I don't have high hopes either. However, this gets released on "Vacaciones de Invierno" (our two weeks Winter Vacation), so I'll see out of obligation than anything. But I'm pretty sure it'll end up in my Top 10 Worst Movies of 2015 list. However, I hope against hope that Link appears in this movie, and that they play THIS when he appears:
You want Link to be one of the baddies in the movie? Well, it seems to focus more on arcade games, so it will probably not happen. I've got to say, the visuals are not bad and the idea is... interesting, I guess... but the trailer still manages to look unbelievably stupid to me.
