    So, I finally saw "Home", and the one thought that went though my mind as I saw it was:

    "I saw most of this in other movies".

    So, that inspired this one:

    which do you think is the best adaptation that won't admit that it's an adaptation?

    Actually, The Lion King is an adaptation of Hamlet.

    The original idea of inception was pitched to Warner Brothers in 2001, the comic "Dreams of a lifetime" was published in 2002.

    it's clearly it's own thing but the thing that came to mind immediately especially the "won't admit" part.
