It's being used to capture and regulate lightning within the belly of a powerful and fearful weapon known as the Arc Caster. It holds this force of nature within these regulated canisters and can then be safely unleashed into anything you don't like when you need to smite something with the fist of a deity. And Steam Peaks has let it fall into the hooves of it's long exiled Princess. Steam Peaks, a city that clings to the side of a mountain miles from Canterlot, relies on it's engineering and steam power over magic to deal with their regular issues and problems. The city of metal and wood is sunken into the mountain with a constant cloud around it. Not from breaking the cloud layer but from the constant smoke and steam from boilers. Princess Cydonia has decided that she would take Steam Peaks by force and is now threatening to blow the city of the side of the mountain with lightning if they don't build her something imposing to take Celestia's throne from her. For now, they're complying but they've gotten the message out about the impending danger to Canterlot. Name: Robin Hoof Age: 38 Race: unicorn Appearance: For appearance and cutie mark please look at avatar and below avatar. Personality: alligned to Chaotic good, he helps those in need the way he sees fit even if it goes against the law. Powers, Special Skills and Abilities: Skilled bowmen and Fletcher- can create and use any type of arrow. Ranging from fire to grappling. Master of parkour- after living in a forest for the past 17 years he has practiced and mastered running from tree to tree. Biography: Once a noble earl, he help the poor, caring and protecting them. Though it all changed once a new sheriff arrived in trottingham; exiling him due to un-posh stallion behavior. Though he could not go down without fighting. Robin took his bow and quiver sabotaging carts of tax bits and dealing with those who mistreated the vulnerable. Tends to ignore things that are intended to upset her. Powers, Special Skills and Abilities: Generaly high speed and agility. Has the ability to manipulate the area around her to create invisibility. Transforms into an albino panther to boost agility and overall speed, but loses magic. Both forms have the ability to wield a sword or a chainsaw. Unicorn form uses magic to hurl shuriken stars. Biography: A moderately unknown history. Seemed to have appeared as a mercenary several years ago. Is going to help Steam Peaks in an attempt to have a sort of sway amongst more powerful ponies. Why she wants this is unknown, but the reason is a total secret, known only to her.

Biography: he's involved because without celestia he'll have no one fun to mess with, or break the laws of. he lived in Manehattan, being a bit of an impish colt, he loved to prank ponies, making them fall on their faces by tripping them, stealing their money, or possessions, he grew up around that sort of stuff all his life, on his own, breaking laws because he could get away with it, now, he's your problem, good luck... extra detail: nope

Twinkle has light blue scales and yellow eyes, with light green fins along her head and back, as well as tiny, and quite useless, wings. On the top of her head are a pair of antennae, which arc electricity when she feels strong emotions, such as excitement, fear, or anger. Personality: Twinkle has what could best be described as an intense wanderlust. She finds it hard to stay in one place for too long. As a consequence, while she has many connections in the world, she has absolutely no one she would call a friend. She doesn't talk too much about her personal life and is a bit distrustful of others, although that makes by no means unsociable. Powers, Special Skills and Abilities: Racial Skill: Lightning Breath (Every day, she can "cough up" a forceful blast of lightning, or maintain a light stream that barely tickles. Her reserve drains quickly, though, so she has to wait at least twelve hours until her Static Glands recharge once they've run of of juice. If she's doused with water while releasing a lightning blast, she receives a nasty shock but is otherwise uninjured. She finds such shocks very annoying.) Biography: As was stated before, Twinkle has an intense wanderlust, which drew her from her home in the Land of Dragons to a life of adventure. She heard rumors of the Arc Caster, and just had to see it for herself. She personally believes that such a device, while not only being incredibly offensive to her entire species, is probably the most dangerous creation in existence. As such, it has to be destroyed, regardless of who is controlling it.
