Welcome to the experiment gone wrong. Very wrong. After the chaos Light portals randomly appeared around the "cursed" humans, sending them a different world. Once where ponies reigned, magic was seen as normal, and where civilsation was all friendly. That world was Equestria. The group came to their little village, chosen to be called DarkMirror. They became self-reliant after other ponies rejected them. Now, a dark force gathers nearby, failing crops, kidnapping villagers and even causing strange weather patterns to occur, in what was normally a beautiful valley. And this all links back to the experiment gone wrong. Yet, some how, these ponies return to Earth, as humans, then back to Darkmirror, as ponies at random points, all as one group, all the time. As ponies, in DarkMirror. As humans, still trapped in the laboratory. No body knows what happens, why it happens, or even what the dark forces want. Join the life of the human ponies now! Starting in the Lab. The young girl walked silently around the laboratory, trying to avoid all forms of attention what so ever. Her blue eyes darted around nervously, just checking she was completely alone. Her brown hair bounced against the back of her knees, her only comfort right now. She was cold, alone and afraid. Very afraid. Afraid of what had happened before. The uncontrollable sense of falling, then waking up, only to find herself as a unicorn. She, along with the few others that had appeared, also seeming to be in the same situation, and they had founded the village, DarkMirror. Yet, just as she was getting used to all this, it all disappeared again and she was all alone in the lab, not another sign of life around her. And that is where she was now. She knew bad things were coming. That this lab was a bad place. The place of the very wrong experiment that had caused all this to happen. Now, she was trapped in this building, no way to turn to free herself, from this place and from her loneliness. Turning a corner, a squeaking rat made her scream and hit her back against the wall hard. Once spotting it was only a rat, she breathed in relaxation slightly, and headed onwards. To hopefully find a way out, or at least someone else.
Steve was surrounded by three guards as he was escorted through the lab. They knew that he was tough and dangerous and so added extra security for him. He then heard a scream lashing out at two of the guards knocking them down he ran to the girl still being chased by one of the guards "Hey, are you alright, how old are you and why are you here". Steven spoke in a strong edinburgh accent as he turned round to face the guard. " "This is the last straw first you shot me down on my return flight from my tour in Afghanistan and take me here but this why the he'll would you kidnap an innocent girl". His voice was strong, powerful and filled with emotion.
*how did we get here i just doesn't make any sense* Sebastian thought while leaning against the wall *i must of missed something but what?* Then he heard a scream that he new "Helen" he then started running towards where he thought the scream had come fromd
Lou ran through the lab and found somewhere she could take a breather, she cried *What if i die here?!* She thought but she cant panic she tried to suck up all of her tears and she got up and walked around the lab looking at everything she rubed her arm a old habbit that usually calmed her down. As she was walking through the lab she heard foot steps, she slowly looked around the corner and jerked back the guards were looking for her *I just should've stayed put and i wouldn't be in this mess!* She thought lou ran and found a hiding place she cradled up into a ball whispering to herself "im not gonna die im not gonna die im not gonna die..." she twirled her hair and and tear ran down her face *Am i going to die here?* She thought.
Maggie didn't like to be afraid, but, it had to happen sometimes. She was only 13, after all, and absolutely terrified. She sat in the lab, her head in her hands, shivering. But when she heard the scream, she looked up hopefully. Being alone was awful, and that sounded human. She peered around the corner, and saw the two people conversing. She held back, though. She only hoped her orange hair wouldn't give her away.
Alicia glanced back in alarm as she heard footsteps, and, before she could react, there was a man stood there, being chased by one of the guard, causing her to shrivel up slightly, in pure, undiluted fear. 'Im f-f-fine, it was j-j-just the r-r-rat,' she stuttered. She slumped to the floor, hoping he'd heard what she had said. She slumped against the floor, closing her blue eyes as her normally lightly tanned skin turned very pale, but slightly reassured now Steve was here. She wasn't alone anymore. She glanced up at him, *i hope we could stick together* she thought, forgetting everything from the outside world before this, but now on her new life here. Well, almost everything. One little thing in her mind meant to she recognised the voice who called her name. Her blue eyes opened wide, and glittering insanely as it clocked in her mind who it was. The one person she had ever loved in her life. Her old friend, Sebastian Mcgee. Shooting up, she ran to him, wrapping the poor blonde boy in an extremely tight hug, letting go of alot of negitive emotion at that point in time. Her eyes were tightly closed as she buried them in his chest.
"I heard you scream so i ran to find you" Sebastian said while holding her tight "come on lets go find the others" Sebastian said while trying to get out of Helen's grip
Helen didn't move. At all. She kept him there, tightly in her arms, never wanting to let him go. Until he spoke about leaving, that was when her heart sank. She looked up at him, a sad, pained look in her eyes. 'Sebastian... we cannot leave this place. We are trapped here forever,' she told him, though it broke her heart to do so. She glanced back at Steve as he had a go at the guard about kiddnapping people like this. 'I sense that this is our family now.' she said to him. She suddenly paused, notcing a blob of ginger hair near the wall. She stepped beside Sebastian, and glanced there, seeing a girl, even younger than herself, stood there, watching them. She waved her over with her hand. (As i am guessing i should play this guy) The guard sneered at Steve. 'We did what we were told to do' he said, as his fully armoured comrades joined him again. 'Now, don't try anymore funny business, cursed one' the guard chuckled, surrounding him once more.
"what do you mean cursed?" Sebastian said angrily while stepping in between the guard and steve "and who gave you your orders?"
"What do yo mean, cursed one and I was in the RAF so I know how to handle myself in a fight". Steven stood up to protect the two lovebirds and he then turned his head to notice a young orange haired girl. "Hey you girl with the orang...". He couldn't finish his sentence as he was tackled to the ground by the three guards. *Guess I'll have to deal with them again and this time I'm not leaving one conscious* "RUN, JUST RUN, ILL BE ABLE TO HANDLE THESE GUYS".
"I'm not leaving till i find out who gave the guards there orders" He said getting angrier "now tell me who you work for"
Helens eyes widened in panic, and she grabbed Sebastian's arm hard, and yanked him back full force. 'Give it up' she snapped, 'they aren't gonna say a thing to us now' she said, shoving him back behind her. She remembered about the orange haired girl. 'You go catch up to her!' she said to him, and pyshically pushed him that way, whlist being completely torn as wiether to leave Steve or not, so much, she froze in place right there. One of the guards glanced up to see Helen, and sneered, causing him to stand up, giving Steven far more room for movement. And this was the exact by-product of Helens freezing up that she had wanted.
"hey wait up where you going?" he shouted after the orange haired girl while running after *i know i have seen those uniforms before but where?* he thought to himself
Noticing the extra space he gained a small smirk before looking at a guard. With all his force he kicked the guard in the crotch using the confusion to his advantage rolling onto his stomach and pushing himself up. Sneaking up behind the guard heading towards helen and whispering in his ear before getting him in a headlock "TELL US EVERYTHING OR YOU END UP LIKE YOUR FRIEND OVER THERE".
With an indrawn gasp, the guard struggled to get free, and failed. Finally giving up to the might of Steve, he flopped down. 'i would, but it is all classified you know. I am control-' the guard had started, but stopped at the shower of sparks coming from the back of its neck, the whole guard just became a dead corpse. Blue eyes wide in surprise, Helen stepped forward, jumping back as a spark leapt out at her, but going back. She touched the guards helmet, and leapt back in surprise again as the head fell off the guard, revealing what it really was. Nothing but a robot. Helen picked up the head, and looked it over, before throwing it against against the wall in annoyance, watching the shards of robot settle before turning back to Steve. 'Well, nothing but robots' she sighed, glancing back at the other, now lifeless robot guard. She glanced back at Steve. 'Well, you got them good' she chuckled.
"I guess I did, now I think I have a plan. If I change into one of their uniforms I could pretend to be one and the one over there looks like it fits Sebastian". He grabbed the guards uniform revealing the pink rubber covering the robots body. He entered a janitors closet changed into a uniform and grabbed Sebastian a uniform.
(I feel cruel right now > ) Helen blinked, then smirked. Acting time. She ran after Steve in the suit, and made it look like she was protecting Sebastain from him. 'Hey, Punk, leave him be! take me instead!' she shouted at him, but winked at Steve, just to let him know she was acting. She stood between Sebastian and the Steve-guard, arms full out, giving Steve the most serious face ever, the one that meant she was business, and he'd better watch out. Unfortunatly for her, her big blue eyes seemed just to betray the fact she was acting, as they glittered, showing she was enjoying this.
When Maggie saw them beckoning to her, she ran. She knew she was fast, and she needed to spy on them, not be friends with them. Not yet. She flew down the hallways, her footsteps loud, her breath ragged. She turned down an intercection, and sprinted to the end. But it was a dead end.
