Come to think of it, the EXACT SAME plot hole was in Dark Knight Rises. When they sent every last police into the sewer instead of just a SWAT team
I never thought about that before but you're right Hasbro is copying a movie plot hole from both Warner Bros and DC live action movie.
Still, I think people should reserve their judgments until after they've seen the movie. I applaud the creators for taking a creative risk with this project. If I can find a theater nearby that will show it, I am going to see it. It seems to me like much of the rage for this comes from that fact that the girls are not ponies and things are different. It's like the Alicorn Twilight {blank}storm all over again. This show, unlike many others, actually does show change. That's what makes it so strong. I can understand that some have gotten into a comfort zone with this show, but many also had to break out of a comfort zone to enter into this fandom. As long as the writer and producers keep passionately writing for the show and giving us more of the characters and stellar writing that I have come to love, I am happy with this show. I'm thinking maybe I should write to the creators to let them know there are some bronies out there who are not raging over equestria girls. Is it just me or is it always that the loudest are also part of the smallest portion? Certainly most of the bronies out there aren't over the top raging.
I'm not raging. I'm goading. While I do believe that there is very little hope for Equestria Girls being any good, I'm not going to throw a fit about it. Still, I encourage others to do so, because I find Brony drama to be very entertaining.

because shes the main character and a princess with extrememe magical abilities, and sending in 1 person is less suspicious thedn a squadron of soldiers, and because its easier to write with a character that's already been established. and it means little girls know who the character is.
Yeah. I think everyone is forgetting its a kids thing. Would a kid understand the plot beyond twilight = good, thief = bad. Plus twi is a princess. Little girls kinda like that sorta thing.
It sort of reminds me of when "Spongebob" first started airing. I knew adults who refused to let their children watch an "adult cartoon."
It's not worse then rocko's modern life. Anyway. Yeah. Sunset shimmer, pretty cool if comes back with twilight or something.
They are like Diamond Tiara and silver spoon of LPS. They are human but that really doesn't matter. I like them. More characters like them

I kind of want to see it, but I also want to avoid it. It seems like a Bratz movie or some cartoon High School girl movie. I am not sure on my final verdict.
