Hahaha those are the reasons i left 4Chan all together but i do have to thank /b/, for if it wasn't for it i wouldn't Like ponies at all cus thats the only place i saw that had ponies, I found Ponies bothersome at first but thats when i never cared to watch the show i watched it and loved it, thats my story.

 

I'd like to thank /b/ for some things but then not thank them for other things...

/b/ wasn't the start of bronyism, but it's what spread the brony spirit the most though. It started on /co/ and spread to /b/. The mixed reception of the show on that part of 4chan sparked more interest in the show than any singular agreement could have, but that's just my opinion.

 

I believe it was /co/ who started the trend.

Although frankly, I believe 4chan just happened to be the medium in which ponies gained poularity. I mean, maybe not on the scale in which it happened, but I'd probably still have been a fan without 4chan. I am always keeping an eye out for similar shows to this, and I know I would have given this a try at one point, subsequently liking it.

 

I prefer to think about /b/ as little as possible. Now, to clear my brain of all the horrid memories, I'm just going to post a picture of Breaburn.

I would have never known Ponies without 4Chan I mean is there any place that isn't ment for ponies that has a buck ton of ponies thats enough to get it's attention cus i really don't know any

 

However, without /b/, many of us would not have found out about this show (since it would have had little-to-no mention in the internet), and as such, there would not be any brony communities, such as Everypony, and as such, we would not be here.
