well, I've been jumping around to different forums, trying to find one that's active... the one I'm currently following is unorganized, not active, and a mess so....here I am! hobbies....um... I started drawing in the 5th grade, and have always loved art. But beyond random doodles, I've never really done much with it. In high school, I took a class called Desktop Publishing, where we basically vectorized everything. Ever since then, I've been making shirt designs for my church, and school. When I was on my internship with the Alaska Marine Highway, I met a DJ that normally mixed hip-hop music, but loved house and trance music. That was where I picked up my hobby of DJing Recently, I bought a second sound card, and an M-Audio X-Session Pro, and have been mixing ever since. A combination of all my useless hobbies can be found in a couple places: http://timothylok.deviantart.com http://www.youtube.com/djtlmixes currently... as I'm typing this it's 3:33am, and I'm actually trying to finish the mix for this week: The Elements of Harmony Vol. 2. The only reason I wanted to make the second mix now, as opposed to waiting another year to gather a bunch of epic remixes was because I was listening to a bunch of Brony DJs mix. A State of Brony of Ever Free Radio (based on Armin Van Buuren's radio broadcast, A State of Trance) is one of the few examples of the mixes I was hearing. The introduction voice (not that I can say mine is much better) was not recorded well, and the transitions were non-existent. This is the same with AlexS and Omnipony at BroNYCon 2012: they had no good transistions. However, the other mix I heard was from HMage: his transitions were spectacular, and the tracks flowed into each other. Oh, OK, silly me, I misunderstood. Well, then, musically inclined, I'll say. And Trigun! I loved that show. Missed the last two episodes though when it was on Cartoon Network - finally watched it all online. Yay! My first anime was actually Speed Racer, back in the day.
