    So you like fanfics (and Rainbow Dash, I take it), huh? Well, the place to start with that would be hereabouts, in the fanfic section. You just find the section that best describes your work, enter, and press the "post new fanfiction" button at the bottom of the left-hand column. From there, you'll get a screen like the new topic interface.
