    Welcome! i'm new here, I HOPE you'll excuse me because i joined ANOTHER Pony forum And then i got BANNED because of my AGE. (Please don't ban me Cause of The children's online privacy protection act.) I'm TERRIFIED of getting banned here. So PLEASE DON'T BAN. Wether you're affilated with C.O.P.P.A. or not.     They're both right. While we do wish to cater to everyone, the government tells us we cannot. If we were to let you stay here, there's a chance the entire website could be shut down. It's rather ridiculous, but they have their reasons. You're free to return when you're a teenager.
