Story: In 2026, an American scientific expedition team in discover something hidden underneath the ice of West Antarctica. The team had stumbled on the greatest find of human civilization, the discovery of what had appeared to be a long-ruined extraterrestrial observation post, with a surviving data cache of scientific data of technology and scientific studies on Earth that predated human civilization by around 34 million years. The moment that the history changing discovery makes headlines across the world, the United States government immediately claims the facility and all of it's scientific data to forever retain its status as a global superpower. Leaving the United Nations in shock, many nations begin to fear of an increasingly Imperialistic United States. The United Nations disband merely three weeks later after relations drop to an all-time low. The European Union, in the face of political and economic power in the face of the world crisis and accelerating security and environmental concerns around the globe, finally unite to form the European Federation only a year later and brings almost all of Europe together as a common superpower with the notable exception of Russia. This formation of continental superpowers slowly began to become popular, as China, India and Japan lead the way to the formation of a completely unified Asia, which is seen to upset the balance of world-power significantly. The stage is set for a new global war, a world war that will determine the future of human history...
