Hello, everypony. Although Cyclone Dusk is my OC's full name, you could also call me Cy. A lot of folks do, even outside of the brony scene. As an OC I represent myself as a black pegasus with purple mane, tail, and eyes, and multicolored (black, purple, gold) wings who lives in his own weather lab on isolated tower in the Everfree Forest. As a regrettably human brony, I've just moved back to Chicopee, MA under some rather unfortunate circumstances after spending the last six years in Roanoke, VA. I'm part of a few brony communities across the 'net, and I've been joining up wherever I can lately. I'm hoping that an increased footprint might help me. You see, I don't know anybody or anypony up here. I haven't felt this alone in a very, very, very long time. I used to have "friends" before I moved away six years ago, but... mind the quotation marks. I fear they only allowed me around out of pity. I may have been desperate, but I wasn't stupid. I felt like a burden to them all the time. I felt like my strangeness was toxic to them, and presenting them the challenge of having to overcome it made me feel terribly guilty. Now I know my place. I now know the kinds of people among whom I fit best, and I want to do this right this time. I'm looking for local bronies, and this is one of a few places in which I am looking for y'all. I'll be pleased to greet any bronies, sure ^^ but please consider letting me know if you're somewhere in Western MA or close to its border. I am dying to take somepony for ice cream at Herrell's in Northampton.
If you want friends, you've come to the right place, I daresay! As for local bronies, I think there's a Boston brony here and maybe a Connecticut one. I may live in Georgia, but I'd be more than happy to be your friend!
I can be an international friend Welcome to Everypony! Enjoy your stay, have fun and if you need ANYTHING just ask! Also, I like your OC
Well everyone is very friendly here, and I'm sure you'll make yourself some good online friends. As for irl friends, start by saying hi. And don't ever think of yourself as a burden. You're a person. No better or worse than ANYONE else. Try to have some confidence in yourself, no matter how different you may be, and people will respect that and gravitate to you. You're only being a burden if you think you are. It is better to be hated for who you are, then loathed for who you are not. If they like you for who you are, they're good friends. If they don't, then they aren't people I'd call friends. What I'm saying may not make much sense to you now I know, maybe you've heard it before and think it's just a stupid saying that has no real life application... but one day it will make sense and you'll be a happier person for it. In the mean time, keep your chin up and just keep doin' your thing. Anywho...Welcome to Everypony Network. Where EVERYpony is somepony.
Thank you for the warm reception, everypony ^_^ This is why I love bronies, and why I am proud to call myself one.
